Abstract

The present disclosure is generally directed to compositions and methods for treating or limiting development of vasomotor symptoms in a subject.

9 . A method for treating or limiting development of hot flashes, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of AZD2624, and stereoisomers, mixture of stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, and isomorphic crystalline forms thereof.
