6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the IDH1 mutation is an IDH1 R132X mutation.
7. The method of claim 5 , wherein the IDH1 mutation is an IDH1 R132H mutation.
8. The method of claim 5 , wherein the IDH1 mutation is an IDH1 R132C mutation.
9. The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is glioma.
10. The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is glioblastoma.
11. The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is acute myelogenous leukemia (AML).
12. The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is cholangiocarcinoma.
13. The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is chondrosarcoma.
14. The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
15. The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN).
