Inhibitors of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase for the Treatment of Solid Tumors
Described herein are irreversible Btk inhibitor compounds, and methods for using such irreversible inhibitors in the treatment of diseases and disorders characterized by the presence or development of solid tumors.

27 . A method for treating a solid tumor in a subject comprising administering to the subject having solid tumor, a compound having the structure:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the solid tumor is selected from colon cancer, breast cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer.
28 . The method of claim 27 , wherein the solid tumor is breast cancer and following administration of the compound, the subject achieves a partial response or a complete response.
29 . A method for treating colon cancer in a subject comprising administering to the subject having colon cancer, a compound having the structure:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
30 . The method of claim 29 , wherein survival of the subject is prolonged.
31 . The method of claim 29 , further comprising administering an additional cancer agent.
32 . The method of claim 29 , further comprising administering docetaxel.
33 . A method for treating colon cancer in a subject comprising administering to the subject having colon cancer, a compound having the structure:
34 . The method of claim 33 , wherein survival of the subject is prolonged.
35 . The method of claim 33 , further comprising administering an additional cancer agent.
36 . The method of claim 33 , further comprising administering docetaxel.
