Abstract

A cladding-by-welding device, an erosion shield forming method, and a turbine blade manufacturing method forming an erosion shield having high erosion resistance including: a powder supply head; a laser head; a line generator configured to irradiate a measurement line beam; a imaging device; a movement mechanism configured to move the powder supply head and the laser head with respect to a base body; and at least one controller configured to cause a projection image on the base body of the measurement line beam acquired by the imaging device to overlap a predetermined position of the imaging device, to set a position where the projection image overlaps the predetermined position of the imaging device as a copying position, to control the movement mechanism based on the copying position, and to move the powder supply head and the laser head with respect to the base body.

Claims (17)

1. An erosion shield forming method of forming an erosion shield on at least a part of a tip and a blade face of a blade body, the erosion shield forming method comprising:

a step for forming a boundary by removing at least a part of a tip and an end face of a base body which forms a turbine blade;

a copying processing step for performing a copying processing of working position;

a cladding processing step for forming a cladding portion on the boundary by laser welding based on the copying position acquired by the copying processing; and

a step for performing a finishing processing of removing a part of the cladding portion and an excess thickness portion of the base body,

wherein in the copying processing step, a measurement line beam is irradiated to the base body, a projection image obtained by projecting the measurement line beam to the base body is acquired by a camera at a fixed position, and an overlapping position between the projection image and a predetermined position is set as a copying position based on a position of the acquired projection image, and

in the cladding step, a movement mechanism is controlled based on the copying position and a powder supply head which injects metal to be deposited for forming the cladding portion and a laser head which irradiates a laser for the laser welding are relatively moved with respect to the base body.

The erosion shield forming method according to claim 1 , wherein in the copying processing step, the copying position is adjusted based on a difference between the relative position of the powder supply head with respect to the camera and the relative position of the laser head with respect to the camera.

3. The erosion shield forming method according to claim 1 ,

wherein in the cladding step, the movement mechanism is moved on a path in a longitudinal direction of the tip of the base body multiple times, and

in the copying processing step, a plurality of copying positions are set for each moving path of the movement mechanism such that a number of copying positions per unit moving distance near a start point of the path is larger than that near an end point of the path.

4. The erosion shield forming method according to claim 1 ,

wherein the predetermined position of the camera is a line, and

in the copying step, a position where the projection image overlaps the line of the predetermined position is set as the copying position.

5. A turbine blade manufacturing method comprising:

a base body manufacturing step for molding a base body having an excess thickness portion on a turbine blade; and

a step for forming an erosion shield on the blade body by the erosion shield forming method according to claim 1 .
