Abstract

The present invention provides compounds, compositions thereof, and methods of using the same.

Claims (20)

1. A compound of the following structure:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A composition comprising the compound according to claim 1 , and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant, or vehicle.

3. The composition according to claim 2 , wherein the compound is formulated for oral administration.

4. A method for treating cancer in a patient in need thereof, comprising the step of administering to said patient a compound of the following structure:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof wherein the cancer is selected from colorectal cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, pancreatic cancer, and thyroid cancer.

5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is colorectal cancer.

6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the colorectal cancer is RAS-mutated.

7. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is lung cancer.

8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer.

9. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is melanoma.

10. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer.

11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the pancreatic cancer is RAS-mutated.

12. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is thyroid cancer.

13. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is BRAF-mutated.

14. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is RAS-mutated.

15. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is KRAS-mutated.

16. The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is a MAPK-mediated cancer.

17. A compound of the following structure:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
