IMAGE RECEIVING DEVICE, IMAGE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, AND IMAGE RECEIVING METHOD
An image receiving method for a decoder, includes receiving an encoding stream multiplexed into three levels of sequence, picture, and slice, receiving an environmental information of an image receiving device and determining a parameter to be changed in the image encoding stream based on the environmental information of the image receiving device, changing a parameter at the sequence level, changing a parameter at the picture level and at the sequence level for each picture based on information indicating accuracy of image recognition, and statistical information obtained by decoding, and changing a parameter in the slice header based on the information indicating accuracy of image recognition, and the statistical information obtained by decoding.
1 . An image receiving method for a decoder, the method comprising:
(a) receiving an encoding stream multiplexed into three levels of sequence, picture, and slice;
(b) receiving an environmental information of an image receiving device and determining a parameter to be changed in the image encoding stream based on the environmental information of the image receiving device;
(c) changing a parameter at the sequence level;
(d) changing a parameter at the picture level and at the sequence level for each picture based on information indicating accuracy of image recognition, and statistical information obtained by decoding; and
(e) changing a parameter in the slice header based on the information indicating accuracy of image recognition, and the statistical information obtained by decoding.
2 . The image receiving method according to claim 1 ,
wherein the parameter at the picture level and at the sequence level defines a filter coefficient for determining whether to perform deblocking filtering or performing processing.
3 . The image receiving method according to claim 1 ,
wherein (d) comprises:
(d1) decoding on a first picture and outputting a picture processing result from a processed macro block;
(d2) starting image recognition based on the picture processing result;
(d3) changing a parameter in a second picture based on the statistical information and decoding the second picture; and
(d4) outputting the information indicating accuracy of image recognition and changing a parameter of a third picture based on the information indicating accuracy of image recognition.
4 . The image receiving method according to claim 1 ,
wherein (e) comprises:
(e1) decoding on a first slice in a first picture and outputting a slicing result;
(e2) starting image recognition based on the slicing result;
(e3) changing a parameter in a second slice in the first picture based on the statistical information and decoding the second slice in the first picture; and
(e4) outputting the information indicating accuracy of image recognition and changing a parameter of a first slice in a second picture based on the information indicating accuracy of image recognition.
5 . The image receiving method according to claim 4 , further comprising:
(e5) decoding on the second slice in the first picture and outputting a slicing result;
(e6) starting image recognition based on the slicing result; and
(e4) outputting the information indicating accuracy of image recognition and changing a parameter of a second slice in the second picture based on the information indicating accuracy of image recognition.
6 . The image receiving method according to claim 5 ,
wherein the information indicating accuracy of image recognition of the second slice in the first picture is used for change of a parameter of a first slice in a third picture.
