Abstract

Systems and methods for displaying supplier evaluation information include receiving a print order. A supplier data set is analyzed to determine a set of potential suppliers for the print order. For each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order, one or more system-generated evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier are used to determine at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier, and one or more user input evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier are used to determine at least one combined user input evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier. Supplier information for a subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order is displayed, including identifying information, a representative system-generated evaluation criterion value, and a combined user input evaluation criterion value for a respective supplier from the subset of the set of potential suppliers.

1 . A method of displaying supplier evaluation values, comprising:

at an electronic device with one or more processors and memory:

receiving a print order;

in response to receiving the print order:

analyzing a supplier data set to determine a set of potential suppliers for the print order, and

for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order:

determining, using one or more system-generated evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier, at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier, and

determining, using one or more user input evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier, at least one combined user input evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier; and

displaying supplier information for a subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order, wherein displayed supplier information includes identifying information, a representative system-generated evaluation criterion value, and a combined user input evaluation criterion value for a respective supplier from the subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more input evaluation criteria values are determined based on user input data received from a device that is remote from the electronic device.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more system-generated evaluation criteria values are automatically determined based on operations of an application.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier includes a timeliness value that is determined using:

one or more quote response time duration values for the respective supplier, and

one or more invoice speed duration values for the respective supplier.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier includes a pricing and win rates score that is determined using:

a first ratio of winning quotes provided by the respective supplier to total quotes provided by the respective supplier, and

a second ratio of low bid quotes provided by the respective supplier to total quotes provided by the respective supplier.

6 . The method of claim 1 , including, for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order, determining a ranking for a respective supplier using at least one of a representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier or a combined user input evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier.

7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein: the subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order includes a predefined number of highest ranked suppliers based on the determined rankings for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order.

8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein: the subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order is displayed in an order that is based on the determined rankings for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order.

9 . An electronic device, comprising:

a display;

memory;

one or more processors; and

memory storing one or more programs, which when executed by the one or more processors cause the electronic device to:

receive a print order;

in response to receiving the print order:

analyze a supplier data set to determine a set of potential suppliers for the print order, and

for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order:

determine, using one or more system-generated evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier, at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier, and

determine, using one or more user input evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier, at least one combined user input evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier; and

display supplier information for a subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order, wherein displayed supplier information includes identifying information, a representative system-generated evaluation criterion value, and a combined user input evaluation criterion value for a respective supplier from the subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order.

10 . The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the one or more input evaluation criteria values are determined based on user input data received from a device that is remote from the electronic device.

11 . The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the one or more system-generated evaluation criteria values are automatically determined based on operations of an application.

12 . The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier includes a timeliness value that is determined using:

one or more quote response time duration values for the respective supplier, and

one or more invoice speed duration values for the respective supplier.

13 . The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier includes a pricing and win rates score that is determined using:

a first ratio of winning quotes provided by the respective supplier to total quotes provided by the respective supplier, and

a second ratio of low bid quotes provided by the respective supplier to total quotes provided by the respective supplier.

14 . The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the one or more programs cause the electronic device to, for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order, determine a ranking for a respective supplier using at least one of a representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier or a combined user input evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier.

15 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein: the subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order includes a predefined number of highest ranked suppliers based on the determined rankings for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order.

16 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein: the subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order is displayed in an order that is based on the determined rankings for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order.

17 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing executable instructions that, when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to:

receive a print order;

in response to receiving the print order:

analyze a supplier data set to determine a set of potential suppliers for the print order, and

for each respective supplier in the set of potential suppliers for the print order:

determine, using one or more system-generated evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier, at least one representative system-generated evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier, and

determine, using one or more user input evaluation criteria values for the respective supplier, at least one combined user input evaluation criterion value for the respective supplier; and

display supplier information for a subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order, wherein displayed supplier information includes identifying information, a representative system-generated evaluation criterion value, and a combined user input evaluation criterion value for a respective supplier from the subset of the set of potential suppliers for the print order.

18 . The computer-readable storage medium of claim 17 , wherein the one or more input evaluation criteria values are determined based on user input data received from a device that is remote from the electronic device.

19 . The computer-readable storage medium of claim 17 , wherein the one or more system-generated evaluation criteria values are automatically determined based on operations of an application.
