Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit and a changing unit. The acquisition unit acquires character information input by a viewer to content including an image or sound. The changing unit changes a representation form of a frequent word which is character information with a high appearance frequency among character information input by multiple viewers to the content.

Claims (30)

1. An information processing apparatus comprising:

a processor programmed to:

acquire character information, which is input to a plurality of terminal devices by a plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, a display of each of the terminal devices displaying both content including an image or a sound, and the inputted character information respectively input to each of the terminal devices;

extract data from the character information that most frequently appears in the character information input to the plurality of terminal devices by the plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, the extracting of the data being performed by (i) searching the character information input by the plurality of users for a word that most frequently appears in the character information, (ii) searching the content for the word that most frequently appears in the character information, and (iii) extracting data from the character information identifying the frequently appearing word;

change a representation form of the extracted data from the character information, such that the representation form of the frequently appearing word in the character information displayed on the display of each terminal device is more recognizable than the remaining character information and the content; and

control the display of each terminal device to display the extracted data in the changed representation form.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor is programmed to further change the representation form of the character information of individual viewers.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor is programmed to:

read a predetermined set word of the content; and

further change a representation form of the read set word.

4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the processor is programmed to:

read a predetermined set word of the content; and

further change a representation form of the read set word.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the processor is programmed to change the representation form between the character information and the set word.

6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the processor is programmed to change the representation form between the character information and the set word.

7. An information processing system comprising:

a processor programmed to:

receive an input of character information, which is input to a plurality of terminal devices by a plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, a display of each of the terminal devices displaying both content including an image or a sound, and the inputted character information respectively input to each of the terminal devices;

extract data from the character information that most frequently appears in the character information input to the plurality of terminal devices by the plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, the extracting of the data being performed by (i) searching the character information input by the plurality of users for a word that most frequently appears in the character information, (ii) searching the content for the word that most frequently appears in the character information, and (iii) extracting data from the character information identifying the frequently appearing word; and

display the extracted data from the character information by changing a representation form of the extracted data from the character information, such that the representation form of the frequently appearing word in the character information displayed on the display of each terminal device is more recognizable than the remaining character information and the content.

8. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for information processing, the process comprising:

acquiring character information, which is input to a plurality of terminal devices by a plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, a display of each of the terminal devices displaying both content including an image or a sound, and the inputted character information respectively input to each of the terminal devices;

extracting data from the character information that most frequently appears in the character information input to the plurality of terminal devices by the plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, the extracting of the data being performed by (i) searching the character information input by the plurality of users for a word that most frequently appears in the character information, (ii) searching the content for the word that most frequently appears in the character information, and (iii) extracting data from the character information identifying the frequently appearing word;

changing a representation form of the extracted data from the character information, such that the representation form of the frequently appearing word in the character information displayed on the display of each terminal device is more recognizable than the remaining character information and the content; and

controlling the display of each terminal device to display the extracted data in the changed representation form.

9. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for information processing, the process comprising:

receiving input of character information, which is input to a plurality of terminal devices by a plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, a display of each of the terminal devices displaying content including an image or a sound, and the inputted character information respectively input to each of the terminal devices;

acquiring, from each terminal device, data from the character information that most frequently appears in the character information input to the plurality of terminal devices by the plurality of users of the plurality of terminal devices, the acquiring of the data being performed by (i) searching the character information input by the plurality of users for a word that most frequently appears in the character information, (ii) searching the content for the word that most frequently appears in the character information, and (iii) acquiring data from the character information identifying the frequently appearing word;

changing a representation form of the extracted data from the character information, such that the representation form of the frequently appearing word in the character information displayed on the display of each terminal device is more recognizable than the remaining character information and the content; and

controlling the display of each terminal device to display the extracted data in the changed representation form.
