Abstract

A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells including a first solar cell and a second solar cell adjacent to each other, wherein each of the plurality of solar cells including at least one first current collector and at least one second current collector, wherein the at least one first current collector and the at least one second current collector being positioned on a non-light incident surface of each of the plurality of solar cells, which is opposite to a light incident surface of each of the plurality of solar cells, an insulating film having a conductive pattern part positioned on the insulating film, wherein the conductive pattern part including a first pattern which is connected to the at least one first current connector 161 of the plurality of solar cells and a second pattern which is connected to the at least one second current connector of the plurality of solar cells, wherein the first pattern being spaced apart from the second pattern; and an insulating sheet between the an insulating film and the non-light incident surface of the plurality of solar cells.

Claims (24)

1. A solar cell module, comprising:

a transparent member;

a plurality of solar cells including a first solar cell and a second solar cell adjacent to each other, wherein each of the plurality of solar cells includes at least one first current collector and at least one second current collector, and wherein the at least one first current collector and the at least one second current collector are positioned on a non-light incident surface of each of the plurality of solar cells, which is opposite to a light incident surface of each of the plurality of solar cells;

a back sheet having a single-layered structure or a multi-layered structure, wherein a conductive pattern part is positioned on the back sheet, wherein the conductive pattern part includes a plurality of first branches which are connected to the at least one first current collector of the plurality of solar cells and a plurality of second branches which are connected to the at least one second current collector of the plurality of solar cells, and wherein the plurality of first branches and the plurality of second branches are spaced apart from each other and are alternatively arranged;

a front protective layer positioned between the transparent member and the plurality of solar cells;

a back protective layer positioned between the transparent member and the back sheet, wherein the back protective layer has a plurality of first openings; and

an insulating sheet between the back sheet and the back protective layer, wherein the insulating sheet has a plurality of second openings,

wherein the plurality of first openings and the plurality of second openings are positioned to correspond to each other,

wherein the conductive pattern part and the at least one first current collector or the conductive pattern part and the at least one second current collector are electrically connectedly a conductive adhesive through the plurality of first openings and the plurality of second openings, and

wherein the plurality of first branches which are connected to the at least one first current collector of the first solar cell and the plurality of second branches which are connected to the at least one second current collector of the second solar cell are electrically connected to each other through a connection pattern between the first solar cell and the second solar cell.

2. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first branches or the plurality of second branches of the conductive pattern part are positioned at a portion where the first solar cell or the second solar cell is positioned, and

wherein the connection pattern is positioned at a portion between the first solar cell and the second solar cell to connect the plurality of first branches and the plurality of second branches.

3. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first openings have a size substantially equal to a size of the plurality of second openings.

4. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first openings or the plurality of second openings have a stripe shape extending in a direction of the at least one first current collector or the at least one second current collector.

5. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first openings or the plurality of second openings have a structure in which a plurality of holes are arranged in a direction of the at least one first current collector or the at least one second current collector.

6. The solar cell module of claim 5 , wherein each of the plurality of holes have a shape of a circle, a polygon, or an oval.

7. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein the conductive adhesive comprises a resin and conductive particles distributed in the resin.

8. The solar cell module of claim 7 , wherein the conductive particles have a diameter of approximately 2 μm to 30 μm.

9. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein a width of the plurality of first branches or the plurality of second branches gradually decreases toward an end of each of the plurality of solar cells.

10. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein a width of the plurality of first openings or the plurality of second openings is equal to or less than a width of the at least one first current collector or the at least one second current collector.

11. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein the conductive pattern part includes a separation part formed by etching a conductive layer on the back sheet between the plurality of first branches and the plurality of second branches.

12. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the conductive pattern part is approximately 25 μm to 50 μm.

13. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein the conductive pattern part includes copper (Cu).

14. The solar cell module of claim 1 , wherein a width of the plurality of first branches is different from a width of the plurality of second branches.
