Abstract
The present application provides Compound 1: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or amino acid conjugate thereof. The present invention relates to an FXR activator and to methods of making and using said compound.
Claims (5)
1. A compound of structure:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or amino acid conjugate thereof.
2. The free acid of the compound of claim 1 .
3. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound of claim 1 .
4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
