COMMUNICATION DEVICE, COMMUNICATION METHOD, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A communication device for offloading communication traffic includes: first means for identifying an attribute of a terminal based on information included in a message transmitted by the terminal to connect to a wireless network; and second means for determining whether or not to connect a base station that has received the message from the terminal and the terminal based on the identified attribute, wherein the second means is capable of transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having a predetermined attribute to a virtual network node operated by a virtual machine.
1 . A communication device comprising:
first unit configured to identify an attribute of a terminal based on information included in a message transmitted by the terminal to connect to a wireless network; and
second unit configured to determine whether or not to connect a base station that has received the message from the terminal and the terminal based on the identified attribute, wherein
the second unit is capable of transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having a predetermined attribute to a virtual network node operated by a virtual machine.
2 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the second unit is capable of transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to the virtual network node operated by the dynamically constructed virtual machine.
3 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the second unit is capable of transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to the virtual network node operated by the virtual machine dynamically constructed according to a predetermined request condition.
4 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the second unit is capable of transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to the virtual network node operated by the virtual machine dynamically constructed with respect to communication data from the terminal having the predetermined attribute.
5 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the second unit is capable of transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to a virtual MME in which a function of an Mobility Management Entity (MME) is operated by a virtual machine.
6 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein,
the first means identifies an attribute of the terminal based on information indicating a priority of the terminal included in the message.
7 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the first unit identifies an attribute of the terminal based on a Low Access Priority Indicator (LAPI) included in the message.
8 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the second unit transmits an instruction relating to reselection of a base station to the terminal according to the identified attribute.
9 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the second unit transmits an instruction indicating retransmission of the message to a new base station to the terminal according to the identified attribute.
10 . The communication device according to claim 1 , wherein
the second unit transmits a rejection notification indicating rejection of connection between a base station that has received the message from the terminal and the terminal to the terminal according to the identified attribute.
11 . A communication method comprising:
identifying an attribute of a terminal based on information included in a message transmitted by the terminal to connect to a wireless network;
determining whether or not to connect a base station that has received the message from the terminal and the terminal based on the identified attribute; and
transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having a predetermined attribute to a virtual network node operated by a virtual machine.
12 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to the virtual network node operated by the dynamically constructed virtual machine.
13 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to the virtual network node operated by the virtual machine dynamically constructed according to a predetermined request condition.
14 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to the virtual network node operated by the virtual machine dynamically constructed with respect to communication data from the terminal having the predetermined attribute.
15 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
transmitting the message transmitted by the terminal having the predetermined attribute to a virtual MME in which a function of an MME is operated by a virtual machine.
16 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
identifying an attribute of the terminal based on information indicating a priority of the terminal included in the message.
17 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
identifying an attribute of the terminal based on a LAPI included in the message.
18 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
transmitting an instruction relating to reselection of a base station to the terminal according to the identified attribute.
19 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
transmitting an instruction indicating retransmission of the message to a new base station to the terminal according to the identified attribute.
20 . The method according to claim 11 , comprising
transmitting a rejection notification indicating rejection of connection between a base station that has received the message from the terminal and the terminal to the terminal according to the identified attribute.
