A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Duealkoneo’, characterized by its compact, semi-upright to outwardly spreading, trailing and decumbent plant habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; flowers with red purple-colored petals with dark purple-colored centers; and good garden performance.
