Electrical steel sheet
An electrical steel sheet ( 1 ) includes a base material ( 2 ) of electrical steel, and an insulating film ( 3 ) formed on a surface of the base material ( 2 ). Three conditions (1.8≤3[Fe]/[P]+Σn M [M]/[P]≤3.6, 0.6≤Σn M [M]/[P]≤2.4, and 0.6≤3[Fe]/[P]≤2.4) are satisfied in a region of 50 area % or more of a cross section parallel to a thickness direction of the insulating film. [Fe] denotes a proportion (atom %) of Fe, [P] denotes a proportion (atom %) of P, [M] denotes a proportion (atom %) of each of Al, Zn, Mg and Ca, and n M denotes a valence of each of Al, Zn, Mg and Ca.
1. An electrical steel sheet, comprising:
a base material of electrical steel; and
an insulating film formed on a surface of the base material,
wherein following three conditions are satisfied in a region comprising 75 area % or more of a cross section parallel to a thickness direction of the insulating film when [P], [Fe], and [M] are measured at a plurality of measurement points of the insulating film by using a transmission electron microscope (TEM),
1.8≤3[Fe]/[P]+Σ n M [M]/[P]≤3.6. (condition 1)
0.6≤Σ n M [M]/[P]≤2.4. (condition 2)
and
0.6≤3[Fe]/[P]≤2.4. (condition 3)
wherein [Fe] denotes a proportion (atom %) of Fe, [P] denotes a proportion (atom %) of P, [M] denotes a proportion (atom %) of each of Al, Zn, Mg, and Ca, and n M denotes a valence of each of Al, Zn, Mg, and Ca.
2. The electrical steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the insulating film contains an organic resin.
