Abstract

A seat pad ( 10 ) of the present invention includes a placement surface ( 11 ). A lateral slit portion ( 15 ) which extends from an outer side of the seat pad ( 10 ) toward an inner side thereof is formed in a first lateral direction (B 1 ) along the placement surface ( 11 ), and the lateral slit portion ( 15 ) is curved and thereby protrudes in a thickness direction (H) orthogonal to the placement surface ( 11 ).

Claims (52)

1. A seat pad comprising:

a placement surface and a placement surface side; and

lateral slit portions,

wherein each of the lateral slit portions extends from an outer side of the seat pad toward an inner side thereof formed in a first lateral direction along the placement surface,

wherein each of the lateral slit portions is curved and thereby protrudes in a thickness direction orthogonal to the placement surface,

wherein an outer end portion of each of the lateral slit portions in the first lateral direction is open to a surface of the seat pad,

wherein side surfaces of the seat pad include a pair of first side surfaces which extend in a direction orthogonal to the first lateral direction and a pair of second side surfaces which extend in a direction orthogonal to a second lateral direction,

wherein each of the lateral slit portions is open to the pair of first side surfaces and each of the lateral slit portions is not open to the pair of second side surfaces, and

wherein each of the lateral slit portions extends to the second lateral direction in a plan view of the seat pad.

2. The seat pad according to claim 1 ,

wherein each of the lateral slit portions protrudes toward a side opposite to the placement surface along the thickness direction.

3. The seat pad according to claim 1 ,

wherein at least a portion of each of the lateral slit portions gradually becomes smaller from the outer side of the seat pad toward the inner side thereof in the thickness direction orthogonal to the placement surface along the first lateral direction.

4. The seat pad according to claim 1 ,

wherein at least a portion of each of the lateral slit portions gradually becomes larger from the outer side of the seat pad toward the inner side thereof in the thickness direction orthogonal to the placement surface along the first lateral direction.

5. The seat pad according to claim 1 ,

wherein a vertical slit portion which extends from each of the lateral slit portions toward the placement surface side along the thickness direction is provided on an end portion of the lateral slit portion in a second lateral direction orthogonal to the first lateral direction along the placement surface.

6. The seat pad according to claim 1 ,

wherein an uneven portion continuous in a regulation direction along the placement surface is formed on each of a first inner surface positioned on the placement surface side along the thickness direction and a second inner surface positioned on a side opposite to the placement surface side along the thickness direction among inner surfaces defining the lateral slit portion, and

wherein in a first uneven portion which is the uneven portion formed on the first inner surface and a second uneven portion which is the uneven portion formed on the second inner surface, a recessed portion and a protrusion portion face each other in the thickness direction.

7. The seat pad according to claim 1 ,

wherein each of the lateral slit portions is gradually lengthened in the first lateral direction from the outer portion of the lateral slit portion toward an inner portion thereof in a second lateral direction orthogonal to the first lateral direction along the placement surface.

8. The seat pad according to claim 2 ,

wherein at least a portion of each of the lateral slit portions gradually becomes smaller from the outer side of the seat pad toward the inner side thereof in the thickness direction orthogonal to the placement surface along the first lateral direction.

9. The seat pad according to claim 2 ,

wherein at least a portion of each of the lateral slit portions gradually becomes larger from the outer side of the seat pad toward the inner side thereof in the thickness direction orthogonal to the placement surface along the first lateral direction.

10. The seat pad according to claim 2 ,

wherein a vertical slit portion which extends from each of the lateral slit portions toward the placement surface side along the thickness direction is provided on an end portion of the lateral slit portion in a second lateral direction orthogonal to the first lateral direction along the placement surface.

11. The seat pad according to claim 2 ,

wherein an uneven portion continuous in a regulation direction along the placement surface is formed on each of a first inner surface positioned on the placement surface side along the thickness direction and a second inner surface positioned on a side opposite to the placement surface side along the thickness direction among inner surfaces defining the lateral slit portion, and

wherein in a first uneven portion which is the uneven portion formed on the first inner surface and a second uneven portion which is the uneven portion formed on the second inner surface, a recessed portion and a protrusion portion face each other in the thickness direction.

12. The seat pad according to claim 2 ,

wherein each of the lateral slit portions is gradually lengthened in the first lateral direction from the outer portion of the lateral slit portion toward an inner portion thereof in a second lateral direction orthogonal to the first lateral direction along the placement surface.

13. The seat pad according to claim 3 ,

wherein a vertical slit portion which extends from each of the lateral slit portions toward the placement surface side along the thickness direction is provided on an end portion of the lateral slit portion in a second lateral direction orthogonal to the first lateral direction along the placement surface.

14. The seat pad according to claim 3 ,

wherein an uneven portion continuous in a regulation direction along the placement surface is formed on each of a first inner surface positioned on the placement surface side along the thickness direction and a second inner surface positioned on a side opposite to the placement surface side along the thickness direction among inner surfaces defining the lateral slit portion, and

wherein in a first uneven portion which is the uneven portion formed on the first inner surface and a second uneven portion which is the uneven portion formed on the second inner surface, a recessed portion and a protrusion portion face each other in the thickness direction.
