An image processing apparatus for decoding an image coded in coding processes including (i) prediction on at least one prediction unit (PU) and (ii) frequency transform on transform units (TUs) included in a region including the at least one PU includes a processing unit configured to perform image processing for a predictive image of the at least one PU, depending on a transform order predetermined for the TUs.
1 . An image processing apparatus for decoding, using a coding unit (CU), an image coded in coding processes including (i) prediction on at least one prediction unit (PU) and (ii) frequency transform on at least one transform unit (TU),
wherein the CU includes the at least one PU and the at least one TU,
the image processing apparatus comprising
a processing unit configured to reconstruct, when a pixel region corresponding to one of the at least one PU included in the CU overlaps pixel regions corresponding to at least two of the at least one TU, a pixel region corresponding to one of the at least two TUs before generating a predictive image including all pixel regions corresponding to the at least one PU.
2 . An image processing method for decoding, using a coding unit (CU), an image coded in coding processes including (i) prediction on at least one prediction unit (PU) and (ii) frequency transform on at least one transform unit (TU),
wherein the CU includes the at least one PU and the at least one TU,
the image processing method comprising
reconstructing, when a pixel region corresponding to one of the at least one PU included in the CU overlaps pixel regions corresponding to at least two of the at least one TU, a pixel region corresponding to one of the at least two TUs before generating a predictive image including all pixel regions corresponding to the at least one PU.
3 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium on which a program is recorded, the program causing a computer to execute the image processing method according to claim 2 .
4 . An integrated circuit for decoding, using a coding unit (CU), an image coded in coding processes including (i) prediction on at least one prediction unit (PU) and (ii) frequency transform on at least one transform unit (TU),
wherein the CU includes the at least one PU and the at least one TU,
the integrated circuit comprising
a processing unit configured to reconstruct, when a pixel region corresponding to one of the at least one PU included in the CU overlaps pixel regions corresponding to at least two of the at least one TU, a pixel region corresponding to one of the at least two TUs before generating a predictive image including all pixel regions corresponding to the at least one PU.
