C-MET ANTIBODY COMBINATIONS
The invention provides a product combination or composition, and also multispecific antibodies comprising two or more antigen-binding sites (as antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof), wherein two the antigen-binding bind to distinct non-overlapping epitopes of the human c-Met protein. The product combination or composition or multispecific antibody inhibits HGF-independent activation of the human c-Met receptor protein.

A product combination or composition comprising two or more antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof each of which binds to human c-Met receptor protein wherein at least two of said antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof bind to distinct non-overlapping epitopes of the human c-Met protein, and wherein the product combination or composition inhibits hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)-independent activation of the human c-Met receptor protein.

A multispecific antibody that specifically binds to human c-Met receptor protein, the multispecific antibody comprising a first antigen-binding region comprising a first heavy chain variable domain paired with a first light chain variable domain, and a second antigen-binding region comprising a second heavy chain variable domain paired with a second light chain variable domain, wherein the first and second antigen-binding regions bind to distinct non-overlapping epitopes of the human c-Met receptor protein, and wherein the multispecific antibody inhibits hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)-independent activation of the human c-Met receptor protein.
