ELECTRIC VEHICLE SYSTEM
A battery system that includes a battery housing. The battery housing includes a first battery housing member and a second battery housing member. The first and second battery housing members couple together to form the battery housing. The battery system includes a charger system. The charger system includes a converter within the battery housing. The converter converts alternating current into direct current to charge at least one battery cell. A charger connector couples to the converter and to an alternating current source.
