IMIDAZOPYRAZINE SYK INHIBITORS
Certain imidazopyrazines and pharmaceutical compositions thereof are provided herein. Methods of treating patients suffering from certain diseases and disorders responsive to the inhibition of Syk activity, which comprises administering to such patients an amount of at least one chemical entity effective to reduce signs or symptoms of the disease or disorder are provided. Also provided are methods for determining the presence or absence of Syk kinase in a sample.

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, said method comprising:
contacting a compound of formula B:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
with a compound of formula C:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
under conditions sufficient to form the compound of formula A or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
54 . The process of claim 53 , wherein the conditions comprise a palladium catalyst.
55 . The process of claim 54 , wherein the palladium catalyst is tetrakis(tripheyl-phosphine)palladium(0).
56 . The process of claim 54 , wherein the conditions further comprise a base.
57 . The process of claim 56 , wherein the conditions further comprise a solvent.
