A new Verbena plant named ‘VEAZ0046’ particularly distinguished by large sized inflorescences, large sized flowers, that are fluorescent rose, dark green, undivided leaves, and a first semi-upright and later spreading and trailing plant habit.

1. A new and distinct variety of Verbena plant named ‘VEAZ0046’ substantially as illustrated and described herein.
