A new Pelargonium plant named ‘PECZ0011’ particularly distinguished by the bright red colored and round inflorescences with striking bicolor white and red florets held above the dark-green foliage, very heat and drought tolerant.

1. A new and distinct variety of Pelargonium plant named ‘PECZ0011’ substantially as illustrated and described herein.
