Abstract

To present various types of information related to image capturing in a more suitable manner. An information processing apparatus including: a display control unit that causes an image captured by any of one or a plurality of imaging devices to be displayed in a captured image display region that is a part of a display unit, cause second information related to the one or plurality of imaging devices to be displayed in a captured image hiding region that is a part of the display unit and different from the captured image display region, and cause first information related to the one or plurality of corresponding imaging devices to be displayed in the captured image display region in accordance with the second information being displayed and the one or plurality of imaging devices being in a determined state.

Claims (79)

1. An information processing apparatus, comprising:

a display unit; and

a central processing unit (CPU) configured to:

control display of an image, captured by an imaging device, in a captured image display region, wherein the captured image display region is a part of the display unit;

control display of first information related to the imaging device, in a captured image hiding region, wherein

the captured image hiding region is a part of the display unit, and

the captured image hiding region is different from the captured image display region;

and

control display of second information, related to the imaging device, in the captured image display region based on detection of a temperature anomaly of the imaging device by the imaging device, wherein

the second information includes a warning of the detected temperature anomaly,

the detection of the temperature anomaly is based on a value of temperature of the imaging device being outside of a specific temperature range, and

the second information is concurrently displayed with the first information.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the first information is information related to an operation state of the imaging device, and

the first information is displayed constantly.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the second information is related to a capture of the image by the imaging device.

4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein an operation state of the imaging device is one of a state or setting related to a capture of the image by the at least one imaging device.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the CPU is further configured to communicate with the imaging device.

6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the CPU is further configured to control an operation of the imaging device based on communication with the imaging device.

7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising the imaging device.

8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the CPU is further configured to control the display of the second information related to the imaging device based on a transition of an operation state of the imaging device from a standard state to a non-standard state of the imaging device, and

an operation of the imaging device has an anomaly in the non-standard state.

9. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the CPU is further configured to control the display of the first information and the second information in the captured image display region,

the second information is associated with each of a plurality of imaging devices, and

the first information is associated with the imaging device, based on a state of the imaging device.

10. The information processing apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the CPU is further configured to control the display of the first information, associated with the imaging device, in the captured image hiding region in an order corresponding to a determined condition.

11. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the CPU is further configured to:

control display of a plurality of captured image hiding regions on the display unit; and

control display of a plurality of pieces of information in the plurality of captured image hiding regions, and

the plurality of pieces of information is associated with the first information.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the CPU is further configured to control display of information corresponding to one of a first state or setting related to a capture of the image, in a first set of captured image hiding regions of the plurality of captured image hiding regions.

13. The information processing apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein

the CPU is further configured to control display of information corresponding to a second state related to the capture of the image in a second set of captured image hiding regions of the plurality of captured image hiding regions, and

the second state is different from the first state.

14. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising:

an input button configured to accept a manipulation on the display unit in a determined direction; and

a housing configured to hold the display unit and the input button such that the display unit is positioned close to the input button, wherein

the CPU is further configured to control display of display information corresponding to a manipulating direction of the input button, and

the display information is displayed in a portion of the captured image display region positioned close to the input button, based on a display state of the display unit.

15. The information processing apparatus according to claim 14 , wherein the CPU is further configured to control the display of the display information in the captured image display region such that the manipulating direction, of the input button, substantially matches with a direction indicated by the display information displayed in the captured image display region.

16. An information processing method, comprising:

controlling display of an image, captured by an imaging device, in a captured image display region, wherein the captured image display region is a part of a display unit;

controlling display of first information related to the imaging device, in a captured image hiding region, wherein

the captured image hiding region is a part of the display unit, and

the captured image hiding region is different from the captured image display region;

and

controlling display of second information, related to the at least one imaging device, in the captured image display region based on detection of a temperature anomaly of the imaging device by the imaging device, wherein

the second information includes a warning of the detected temperature anomaly,

the detection of the temperature anomaly is based on a value of temperature of the imaging device being outside of a specific temperature range, and

the second information is concurrently displayed with the first information.

17. A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon, computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to execute operations, the operations comprising:

controlling display of an image, captured by an imaging device, in a captured image display region, wherein the captured image display region is a part of a display unit;

controlling display of first information related to the imaging device, in a captured image hiding region, wherein

the captured image hiding region is a part of the display unit, and

the captured image hiding region is different from the captured image display region;

and

controlling display of second information, related to the at least one imaging device, in the captured image display region based on detection of a temperature anomaly of the imaging device by the imaging device, wherein

the second information includes a warning of the detected temperature anomaly,

the detection of the temperature anomaly is based on a value of temperature of the imaging device being outside of a specific temperature range, and

the second information is concurrently displayed with the first information.

18. An information processing system, comprising:

an imaging device configured to capture an image and detect a temperature anomaly of the imaging device; and

a display control device including:

a display unit;

a central processing unit (CPU) configured to:

communicate with the imaging device;

control display of the image, captured by the imaging device, in a captured image display region, wherein the captured image display region is a part of the display unit;

control display of first information related to the imaging device, in a captured image hiding region, wherein

the captured image hiding region is a part of the display unit, and

the captured image hiding region is different from the captured image display region;

and

control display of second information, related to the at least one imaging device, in the captured image display region based on the detection of the temperature anomaly of the imaging device, wherein

the second information includes a warning of the detected temperature anomaly,

the detection of the temperature anomaly is based on a value of temperature of the imaging device being outside of a specific temperature range, and

the second information is concurrently displayed with the displayed first information.

19. The information processing system according to claim 18 , further comprising a plurality of imaging devices including the at least one imaging device, wherein the CPU is further configured to control the display of the first information in the captured image hiding region for each of the plurality of imaging devices, based on one of a state or setting of each of the plurality of imaging devices.
