Abstract

An organic electroluminescent device includes a first transistor, a power supply line layer connected to one current terminal of the first transistor, a capacitive element including a first capacitive electrode connected to a gate of the first transistor, and a second capacitive electrode, a signal line, and a pixel electrode connected to the other current terminal of the first transistor, the first capacitive electrode is provided on a layer over the gate of the first transistor, and the power supply line layer is provided on a layer between the first capacitive electrode and the signal line.

Claims (36)

1. An organic electroluminescent device, comprising:

a first transistor that drives a pixel, the first transistor having a first gate electrode;

a capacitive element having a first electrode connected to the first gate electrode;

a second transistor having a second gate electrode;

a control line connected to the second gate electrode, the control line being provided on a layer over the first gate electrode and in a same layer as the first electrode;

a signal line;

a third transistor having a second current terminal connected to the signal line; and

a power supply line layer provided between a layer on which the signal line has been formed and a layer on which the first electrode has been formed.

2. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , wherein the third transistor has a first current terminal connected to the first gate electrode.

3. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , wherein the power supply line layer is also provided between a layer on which a pixel electrode has been formed and the layer on which the first electrode has been formed.

4. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , further comprising:

an electric conduction portion through which a current end of the first transistor is connected to a pixel electrode, the electric conduction portion including:

a conduction hole penetrating an insulating layer; and

a relay electrode.

5. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , wherein the power supply line layer is also provided between the layer on which the signal line has been formed and a layer on which the control line has been formed.

6. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 ,

wherein a second electrode of the capacitor element is electrically connected to the power supply line layer, and is provided on a layer under the power supply line layer.

7. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the first transistor and the capacitive element are arranged so as to overlap in plan view.

8. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , wherein the third transistor and the capacitive element are arranged so as to overlap in plan view.

9. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a fourth transistor connected to a current terminal of the first transistor and the second current terminal,

wherein the fourth transistor and the capacitive element are arranged so as to overlap in plan view.

10. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , wherein the signal line and the capacitive element are arranged so as to overlap in plan view.

11. The organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a fourth transistor connected to a current terminal of the first transistor and the second current terminal,

wherein the signal line and the fourth transistor are arranged so as to overlap in plan view.

12. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 1 .

13. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 2 .

14. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 3 .

15. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 5 .

16. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 6 .

17. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 7 .

18. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 8 .

19. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 9 .

20. An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 10 .
