Abstract

A load control device may be configured to provide a user interface for controlling the intensity and/or color of one or more lighting loads. The user interface may include separate actuation members for setting the intensity and/or color of the lighting loads. The user interface may include one actuation member configured to operate in an intensity and/or color control mode. The control mode of the actuation member may be set via a button, a lever, a rotary switch, a rotary knob, etc. The user interface may include a touch sensitive element capable of sensing a user's touch and translate the touch into a control signal. Feedback may be provided on the user interface to indicate the type of control being adjusted and/or amount of control being applied to the lighting loads.

The control device of claim 2 , wherein the first elongated actuator comprises a first rocker switch, the control circuit configured to generate the first control signal for raising the intensity of the lighting load in response to an actuation of an upper portion of the first rocker switch, the control circuit further configured to generate the second control signal for lowering the intensity of the lighting load in response to an actuation of a lower portion of the first rocker switch.

4. The control device of claim 3 , wherein the second elongated actuator comprises a second rocker switch, the control circuit configured to generate the third control signal for adjusting the color temperature of the lighting load towards the first color temperature in response to an actuation of a first side portion of the second rocker switch, and the control circuit further configured to generate the fourth control signal for adjusting the color temperature of the lighting load towards the second color temperature in response to an actuation of a second side portion of the second rocker switch.

5. The control device of claim 2 , wherein the first elongated actuator has a length that is shorter than a length of the toggle actuator, and the second elongated actuator has a length that is shorter than a width of the toggle actuator and shorter than the length of the first elongated actuator.

6. The control device of claim 1 , wherein the toggle actuator occupies a substantially larger area of the bezel than the first and second elongated actuators.

7. The control device of claim 1 , wherein the first elongated actuator comprises a first slider knob provided in a first slider slot, the control circuit configured to generate the first control signal for raising the intensity of the lighting load in response to an upward movement of the first slider knob through the first slider slot, and the control circuit further configured to generate the second control signal for lowering the intensity of the lighting load in response to a downward movement of the first slider knob through the first slider slot.

8.
