Abstract

Embodiments of methods and/or systems for constructing one or more online ads using one or more media objects created using one or more generative processes are disclosed.

Claims (39)

1. A method comprising:

employing one or more generative processes, subject to one or more appeal constraints and one or more communication constraints corresponding to at least one of a message, a theme or a brand, to create non-pre-existing media content based at least in part on ad-contextual content and based at least in part on pre-existing media object content;

wherein the ad-contextual content used to create the non-pre-existing media content comprises user-interaction content and user profile content, wherein at least one of the user-interaction content or the user profile content is based at least in part on one or more user online visits to one or more websites.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the non-pre-existing media content comprises one or more media objects.

3. The method of claim 2 , comprising:

constructing one or more online ads with at least one of the one or more media objects created using the one or more generative processes.

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the constructing the one or more online ads comprises post-processing at least one of the one or more media objects.

5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the post-processing comprises compositing at least one of the one or more media objects using, at least in part, the one or more communication constraints.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the one or more appeal constraints comprise one or more machine learning processes with respect to unprocessed ad content.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the one or more communication constraints employs at least one of:

composition,

semantic content,

color scheme,

aspects of visual media objects of at least one of people, text, logos or brand-related aspects of media objects, or

qualities of visual media objects of at least one of people, text, logos or brand-related aspects of media objects.

8. The method of claim 3 , wherein the one or more online ads are constructed at least one of in real-time or near real-time.

9. The method of claim 8 , comprising:

presenting the one or more online ads in at least one of real-time or near real-time.

10. The method of claim 3 , wherein the constructing the one or more online ads comprises:

combining the one or more media objects with one or more template ads.

11. The method of claim 10 wherein the one or more template ads specify portions of the one or more online ads to remain fixed across one or more online ad instantiations.

12. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more generative processes comprises one or more generative adversarial processes.

13. The method of claim 12 wherein the one or more generative adversarial processes comprises at least one of a generative process or a discriminative process.

14. The method of claim 13 wherein the discriminative process comprises a first discriminative process; and

wherein the one or more generative adversarial processes comprises:

a second discriminative process.

15. The method of claim 13 wherein the discriminative process comprises a machine learning process trained with respect to user-interaction content.

16. An apparatus comprising:

a processor; and

memory comprising instructions that when executed by the processor perform operations comprising:

employing one or more generative processes, subject to one or more appeal constraints and one or more communication constraints corresponding to at least one of a message, a theme or a brand, to create non-pre-existing media content based at least in part on ad-contextual content and based at least in part on pre-existing media object content;

wherein the ad-contextual content used to create the non-pre-existing media content comprises user-interaction content and user profile content, wherein at least one of the user-interaction content or the user profile content is based at least in part on one or more user online visits to one or more websites.

17. An article comprising:

a non-transitory computing storage medium having stored thereon instructions that when executed by a processor perform operations comprising:

employing one or more generative processes, subject to one or more appeal constraints and one or more communication constraints corresponding to at least one of a message, a theme or a brand, to create non-pre-existing media content based at least in part on ad-contextual content and based at least in part on pre-existing media object content;

wherein the ad-contextual content used to create the non-pre-existing media content comprises user-interaction content and user profile content, wherein at least one of the user-interaction content or the user profile content is based at least in part on one or more user online visits to one or more websites.

18. The article of claim 17 wherein the one or more communication constraints correspond to the message.

19. The article of claim 17 wherein the one or more communication constraints correspond to the theme.

20. The article of claim 17 wherein the one or more communication constraints correspond to the brand.
