Abstract

Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media can receive a first contextual content item created by a first user. A user input is received from a second user indicating an intent to acquire the first contextual content item. The second user is provided with access to utilize the first contextual content item.

Claims (31)

1 . A computer-implemented method comprising:

receiving, by a computing system, a first contextual content item created by a first user;

receiving, by the computing system, a user input from a second user indicating an intent to acquire the first contextual content item; and

providing, by the computing system, the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item.

2 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising providing the first contextual content item for presentation to the second user.

3 . The computer-implemented method of claim 2 , wherein the first contextual content item is presented as part of an embellished content item comprising a primary content item and the first contextual content item.

4 . The computer-implemented method of claim 3 , wherein the receiving the user input from the second user comprises receiving the user input from the second user during presentation of the embellished content item to the second user.

5 . The computer-implemented method of claim 4 , wherein the providing the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item comprises adding the first contextual content item to a set of contextual content items associated with the second user.

6 . The computer-implemented method of claim 5 , wherein the providing the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item comprises adding the first contextual content item to a sticker tray associated with the second user.

7 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving a selection of a primary content item from the second user.

8 . The computer-implemented method of claim 7 , further comprising receiving a selection from the second user selecting the first contextual content item from a plurality of contextual content items.

9 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , further comprising applying the first contextual content item to the primary content item based on the selection of the first contextual content item from the plurality of contextual content items.

10 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the providing the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item is performed based on a determination that permissions settings associated with the first contextual content item permit the second user to utilize the first contextual content item.

11 . A system comprising:

at least one processor; and

a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to perform a method comprising:

receiving a first contextual content item created by a first user;

receiving a user input from a second user indicating an intent to acquire the first contextual content item; and

providing the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item.

12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, further cause the system to perform providing the first contextual content item for presentation to the second user.

13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the first contextual content item is presented as part of an embellished content item comprising a primary content item and the first contextual content item.

14 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the receiving the user input from the second user comprises receiving the user input from the second user during presentation of the embellished content item to the second user.

15 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the providing the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item comprises adding the first contextual content item to a set of contextual content items associated with the second user.

16 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including instructions that, when executed by at least one processor of a computing system, cause the computing system to perform a method comprising:

receiving a first contextual content item created by a first user;

receiving a user input from a second user indicating an intent to acquire the first contextual content item; and

providing the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item.

17 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 16 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, further cause the computing system to perform providing the first contextual content item for presentation to the second user.

18 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 17 , wherein the first contextual content item is presented as part of an embellished content item comprising a primary content item and the first contextual content item.

19 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 18 , wherein the receiving the user input from the second user comprises receiving the user input from the second user during presentation of the embellished content item to the second user.

20 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 19 , wherein the providing the second user with access to utilize the first contextual content item comprises adding the first contextual content item to a set of contextual content items associated with the second user.
