An improved poultry production method comprising providing dry hydrogen peroxide (DHP) to poultry eggs, chicks and birds, and devices for providing DHP to poultry production during laying, incubating, hatching, and growing.

75 . A storage room for poultry eggs comprising a temperature below physiological zero and dilute hydrogen peroxide (DHP) gas at a concentration between 0.001 and 5 parts-per-million (ppm) of DHP gas.
76 . The storage room of claim 75 , wherein said concentration of DHP gas is at least 0.01 ppm.
77 . The storage room of claim 75 , further comprising a relative humidity of between 75 and 88%.
78 . The storage room of claim 75 , wherein the relative humidity is between 75 and 80%.
79 . The storage room of claim 75 , wherein said physiological zero temperature is 24° C. or less.
80 . The storage room of claim 75 , wherein said temperature is maintained between 16° C. and 18° C.
81 . The storage room of claim 79 , wherein said temperature is above 10° C.
82 . An incubator comprising
a. an enclosure;
b. a temperature control system;
c. an air circulation system including a DHP gas generating system comprising a source of ultraviolet (UV) light and an air-permeable substrate structure having a catalyst on its surface and configured to generate DHP, wherein said DHP gas generating system generates a concentration DHP gas between 0.001 and 5.0 part-per-million (ppm) when operating.

86 . The incubator of claim 82 , further comprising a carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) sensing system.

88 . The incubator of claim 82 , wherein said air circulation system comprises one or more fans.
89 . The incubator of claim 82 , wherein said air circulation system is a laminar flow system.
90 . The incubator of claim 82 , wherein said fans are variable control fans.
91 . The incubator of claim 82 , wherein said enclosure is a cabinet or a room.
92 . The incubator of claim 82 , further comprising a humidifier.
93 . The incubator of claim 82 , wherein said incubator is a single-stage incubator.
94 . The incubator of claim 82 , wherein said incubator is a multi-stage incubator.
