Abstract

The disclosure discloses a mask device and an evaporation device, so as to manufacture a special-shaped display panel, improve the manufacturing efficiency of the special-shaped display panel and lower the cost. The mask device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a framework and a first strip plate, where the first strip plate is fixed on the framework and extends along the first direction, the first strip plate includes a first area and a second area, and the width of the first area is greater than the width of the second area in the direction parallel to the surface of the first strip plate and vertical to the first direction.

Claims (59)

1. A mask module, comprising:

a framework; and

a first strip plate fixed on the framework and extending along a first direction, wherein the first strip plate comprises a first area and a second area, and a width of the first area is greater than a width of the second area in a second direction parallel to a contact surface of the first strip plate and the framework and vertical to the first direction; and

the first strip plate is provided with a first concave-convex structure on one side edge along the first direction, and a second concave-convex structure on another side edge;

wherein the first concave-convex structure comprises an arc-shaped structure at two ends of the first concave-convex structure along the first direction;

wherein the second concave-convex structure comprises an arc-shaped structure at two ends of the second concave-convex structure along the first direction, and comprises one raised structure in a middle of the second concave-convex structure along the first direction;

wherein two ends of the one raised structure along the first direction are arched and convex;

wherein the one raised structure protrudes along the second direction away from the first concave-convex structure on a same first strip plate;

wherein the arc-shaped structure of the first concave-convex structure is arranged at a first surface, the arc-shaped structure and the one raised structure of the second concave-convex structure are arranged at the first surface, and the first surface is parallel to the contact surface of the first strip plate and the framework;

wherein the one raised structure is symmetrical along a first axis of symmetry in the second direction; and the first concave-convex structure is symmetrical along a second axis of symmetry in the second direction; wherein the first axis of symmetry and the second axis of symmetry coincide; wherein the one raised structure and the first strip plate are an integral structure and made of a same material.

2. The mask module of claim 1 , wherein the mask module further comprises a second strip plate fixed on the framework, the second strip plate extends along the second direction, and the first direction is intersected with the second direction;

the second strip plate comprises a third area and a fourth area, wherein a width of the third area is greater than a width of the fourth area in a direction parallel to a surface of the second strip plate and vertical to the second direction.

3. The mask module of claim 2 , wherein the second strip plate is provided with a third concave-convex structure on a side edge along the second direction.

4. The mask module of claim 3 , wherein the second strip plate is provided with a third concave-convex structure on one side edge along the second direction, and a fourth concave-convex structure on another side edge.

5. The mask module of claim 4 , wherein the first concave-convex structure, the third concave-convex structure and the fourth concave-convex structure have no raised structure.

6. The mask module of claim 4 , wherein the third concave-convex structure and the fourth concave-convex structure have different cross sections parallel to the contact surface of the first strip plate and the framework.

7. The mask module of claim 2 , wherein the mask module comprises multiple first strip plates and multiple second strip plates, and the first strip plates and the second strip plates are intersected with each other to define multiple areas.

8. The mask module of claim 2 , wherein the first strip plate and the second strip plate are integrally formed.

9. The mask module of claim 1 , wherein the first concave-convex structure comprises a raised structure in the middle along the first direction.

10. An evaporation device, comprising

an evaporation source; and

a mask module according to claim 1 , wherein:

the evaporation source sends evaporation substances towards the mask module, and the evaporation substances are evaporated to evaporation targets through the mask module.

11. A mask module, comprising:

a framework;

a first strip plate fixed on the framework and extending along a first direction; and

a first mask located on a side, deviating from the framework, of the first strip plate, wherein the first mask comprises at least one preset area, and the preset area comprises at least one opening area; wherein:

the first strip plate comprises a first area and a second area, and a width of the first area is greater than a width of the second area in a second direction parallel to a contact surface of the first strip plate and the framework and vertical to the first direction; and

the first strip plate is provided with a first concave-convex structure on one side edge along the first direction, and a second concave-convex structure on another side edge;

wherein the first concave-convex structure comprises an arc-shaped structure at two ends of the first concave-convex structure along the first direction;

wherein the second concave-convex structure comprises an arc-shaped structure at two ends of the second concave-convex structure along the first direction, and comprises one raised structure in a middle of the second concave-convex structure along the first direction;

wherein the one raised structure is at least partially located in the at least one opening area of the first mask;

wherein two ends of the one raised structure along the first direction are arched and convex;

wherein the one raised structure protrudes along the second direction away from the first concave-convex structure on a same first strip plate;

wherein the arc-shaped structure of the first concave-convex structure is arranged at a first surface, the arc-shaped structure and the one raised structure of the second concave-convex structure are arranged at the first surface, and the first surface is parallel to the contact surface of the first strip plate and the framework;

wherein the one raised structure is symmetrical along a first axis of symmetry in the second direction; and the first concave-convex structure is symmetrical along a second axis of symmetry in the second direction; wherein the first axis of symmetry and the second axis of symmetry coincide;

wherein the one raised structure and the first strip plate are an integral structure and made of a same material.

12. The mask module of claim 11 , wherein

in a direction vertical to a surface of the first mask, the first concave-convex structure of the first strip plate covers at least part of a region of the at least one opening area of the preset area.

13. The mask module of claim 12 , wherein along the first direction, the first concave-convex structure of the first strip plate is in one-to-one correspondence to the preset area on the first mask.

14. The mask module of claim 12 , wherein

in the direction vertical to the surface of the first mask, the second concave-convex structure of the first strip plate covers at least part of the region of the at least one opening area of the preset area.

15. The mask module of claim 11 , wherein the mask module further comprises a second strip plate fixed on the framework, the second strip plate extends along the second direction, and the first direction is intersected with the second direction; and

the second strip plate comprises a third area and a fourth area, and a width of the third area is greater than a width of the fourth area in a direction parallel to a surface of the second strip plate and vertical to the second direction.

16. The mask module of claim 15 , wherein the second strip plate is provided with a third concave-convex structure on a side edge along the second direction; and

in the direction vertical to the surface of the first mask, the third concave-convex structure of the second strip plate covers at least part a region of the at least one opening area of the preset area.

17. The mask module of claim 16 , wherein along the first direction, the third concave-convex structure of the second strip plate is in one-to-one correspondence to the preset area on the first mask.

18. The mask module of claim 17 , wherein the second strip plate is provided with a third concave-convex structure on a side edge along the second direction, and a fourth concave-convex structure on another side edge; and

in a direction vertical to a surface of the first mask, the fourth concave-convex structure of the second strip plate covers at least part the region of the at least one opening area of the preset area.

The mask module of claim 15 , wherein the mask module comprises multiple first strip plates and multiple second strip plates, the first strip plates and the second strip plates are intersected with each other to define a hollow area, and the hollow area is opposite to the at least one preset area on the first mask.

20. The mask module of claim 15 , wherein the first strip plate and the second strip plate are integrally formed.

21. The mask module of claim 15 , wherein the first mask extends along the second direction, the mask module comprises multiple first masks, the respective first masks are respectively located between two adjacent second strip plates, and the first strip plate is located between the second strip plate and the first mask.

22. The mask module of claim 21 , wherein a thickness of the first strip plate is greater than a thickness of the second strip plate.

23. The mask module of claim 22 , wherein the thickness of the first strip plate is in a range of 50 μm˜200 μm, and the thickness of the second strip plate is in a range of 20 μm˜40 μm.

24. The mask module of claim 11 , wherein the first mask is a common mask, and the preset area comprises one opening area.

25. The mask module of claim 11 , wherein the first mask is a fine metal mask, and the preset area of the first mask comprises multiple opening areas.

26. The mask module of claim 11 , wherein the first concave-convex structure comprises a raised structure in the middle along the first direction.

27. The mask module of claim 11 , wherein a mean thermal expansion coefficient of the first strip plate and the first mask under room temperature is less than 15×10 −6 /° C.

28. The mask module of claim 11 , wherein a material of the first strip plate and the first mask is iron-nickel alloy.
