A new and distinct cultivar of Coleus plant named ‘Docogrefang’, characterized by its compact to outwardly spreading to trailing plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; variegated leaves that are greyed purple, greyed orange and light yellow with light green-colored margins; and good garden performance.
