New A-PRP Medical Device & Tissue Engineering Composition, Manufacturing Machines And Process
The present invention is related to the field of tissue regeneration. It concerns more particularly new manufacturing machines and processes, new A-PRP or PRP, hyaluronic acid and/or chitosan compositions, used alone or in combination, and related devices.
1 . A system for preparing a cell composition, comprising:
a tube adapted to centrifuge a blood to separate a platelet rich plasma, the tube having:
an anticoagulant;
a cell selector gel including a polymer, the cell selector gel adapted to separate the blood by forming a barrier between the platelet rich plasma and red blood cells when the tube is centrifuged for a length of time;
at least one hyaluronic acid selected from the following:
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1000 KDa to approximately 2000 KDa;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 4000 KDa or above 4000 KDa;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 600 KDa or less than 600 KDa;
the at least one hyaluronic acid mixing with the platelet rich plasma to form the cell composition.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid is selected from the following:
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1000 KDa to approximately 2000 KDa;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 600 KDa or less than 600 KDa.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid is at a concentration of approximately 1.5% to approximately 2.5%.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid comprises a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1400 KDa to approximately 1600 KDa.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid comprises:
at least one low molecular weight hyaluronic acid that is approximately 600 KDa or less than 600 KDa; and
at least one high molecular weight hyaluronic acid that is approximately 4000 KDa or above 4000 KDa.
6 . The system of claim 5 wherein:
a ratio of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid to the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid is approximately 2:3 and a total concentration of hyaluronic acid is approximately 2.2% to approximately 2.8%; or
the ratio of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid to the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid is approximately 8:5 and the total concentration of hyaluronic acid is approximately 3% to approximately 3.5%.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the anticoagulant comprises a sodium citrate.
8 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a syringe for administering the cell composition to a patient.
9 . The system of claim 1 , the cell composition further comprising at least one of:
a coagulation activator, a thrombin serum, a tricalcium phosphate, a bone substitute, a calcium gluconate, a calcium saccharate, a chitosan, a fibroin, a silk-fibroin protein, a growth factor, a mannitol, a collagen, an albumin, an ascorbic acid, a cream, a fat cell, a fat tissue, a bone marrow concentrate, a lubricin, a cd-gelatin, a botulinum toxin, a cell extract.
10 . The system of claim 1 , the cell composition further comprising at least one of:
an analgesic compound, an antibacterial compound, an antibiotic, an antifungal compound, an anti-inflammatory, an antiparasitic compound, an antiviral compound, an enzyme, an enzyme inhibitor, a glycoprotein, a growth factor, a hormone, a steroid, a glucocorticosteroid, an immunomodulator, an immunoglobulin, a mineral, a neuroleptic, a protein, a peptide, a lipoprotein, a tumoricidal compound, a tumorstatic compound, a toxin, a vitamin.
11 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid is reticulated.
12 . A system for preparing a cell composition, comprising:
a container having:
an anticoagulant and/or a cell selector gel;
at least one hyaluronic acid selected from the following:
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1000 KDa to approximately 2000 KDa at a concentration of approximately 1.5% to approximately 2.5%;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 4000 KDa or above 4000 KDa at a concentration of approximately 1.5% to approximately 2.5%;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 600 KDa or less than 600 KDa.
13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the container has a cell selector gel including a polymer, the cell selector gel adapted to separate a blood by forming a barrier between a platelet rich plasma and red blood cells when centrifuged for a length of time.
14 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid is selected from the following:
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1000 KDa to approximately 2000 KDa at a concentration of approximately 1.5% to approximately 2.5%;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 600 KDa or less than 600 KDa.
15 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid comprises at least one of the following:
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1550 KDa at a concentration of approximately 1.8% to approximately 2.2%;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1550 KDa at a concentration of approximately 1.7% to approximately 2%;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 4000 KDa at a concentration of approximately 2%;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 4000 KDa to approximately 6000 KDa at a concentration of approximately 1.8% to approximately 2.2%.
16 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid comprises:
a low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid;
wherein a ratio of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid to the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid is approximately 2:3 and a total concentration of hyaluronic acid is approximately 2.2% to approximately 2.8%; or
the ratio of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid to the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid is approximately 8:5 and the total concentration of hyaluronic acid is approximately 3% to approximately 3.5%.
17 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the at least one hyaluronic acid is steam sterilized in the container.
18 . A method of treating a patient using a system having:
a tube;
an anticoagulant disposed in the tube;
at least one hyaluronic acid disposed in the tube, the at least one hyaluronic acid selected from the following:
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 1000 KDa to approximately 2000 KDa;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 4000 KDa or above 4000 KDa;
a hyaluronic acid of approximately 600 KDa or less than 600 KDa;
the method comprising:
withdrawing blood from a patient;
centrifuging the blood in the tube to form a platelet rich plasma;
mixing the platelet rich plasma with the at least one hyaluronic acid to form a cell composition in the tube;
administering a therapeutically effective amount of the cell composition to tissue in the patient to promote tissue regeneration.
19 . The method of claim 18 , wherein said composition is administered as an anti-aging agent, a skin repairing agent, a scar repairing agent, a lipoatrophy repairing agent, a wrinkle filling and/or repairing agent, an aesthetic preparation, a volume corrector, and/or a hair stimulator.
