ANALYSIS OF IMAGE MEDIA CORRESPONDING TO A COMMUNICATION SESSION
Operations related to analyzing image media corresponding to a communication session may include obtaining image data that is communicated between a first device and a second device during the communication session, the image data may be of a picture captured by the first device. The operations may further include determining follow-up data based on an analysis of the image data. The follow-up data may include one or more of additional information and questions related to subject matter discussed during the communication session. The operations may also include providing the follow-up data to the second device to cause the second device to present the follow-up data.
1 . A computer-implemented method to link media related to a communication session, the method comprising:
obtaining transcript data that includes a transcription of audio of a communication session, the transcript data including transcript timing data that indicates when words of the transcription occurred during the communication session;
obtaining image data that is communicated between a first device and a second device during the communication session, the image data being of a picture captured by the first device;
obtaining an image-sharing timestamp of a time at which the image data is communicated during the communication session;
identifying, based on the image-sharing timestamp and the transcript timing data, a transcript data segment of the transcript data that corresponds to the image-sharing timestamp;
in response to the transcript data segment and the image data both corresponding to the image-sharing timestamp, inserting, in the transcript data segment, an image tag that indicates the picture.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the picture is captured by the first device in response to a command performed by a user on a user interface of the second device.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein obtaining the image-sharing timestamp includes generating the image-sharing timestamp in response to determining that the first device received the command.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein obtaining the image-sharing timestamp includes generating the image-sharing timestamp in response to determining that the first device captured the picture.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
determining follow-up data based on an analysis of the image data, the follow-up data including one or more of additional information and questions related to subject matter discussed during the communication session; and
providing the follow-up data to the second device to cause the second device to present the follow-up data.
6 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising providing the follow-up data to the second device during the communication session to cause the second device to present the follow-up data during the communication session.
7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:
analyzing the image data by performing image recognition that identifies an object in the picture; and
determining the follow-up data based on the identified object.
8 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:
analyzing the image data by performing text identification that identifies text in the picture; and
determining the follow-up data based on the identified text.
9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising in response to the transcript data segment and the image data both corresponding to the image-sharing timestamp, inserting, in the image data, a transcript tag that indicates a word of the transcript data segment.
10 . One or more non-transitory computer-readable media configured to store instructions that in response to being executed by one or more processors cause one or more systems to perform the method of claim 1 .
11 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
obtaining image data that is communicated between a first device and a second device during a communication session, the image data being of a picture captured by the first device;
determining follow-up data based on an analysis of the image data, the follow-up data including one or more of additional information and questions related to subject matter discussed during the communication session; and
providing the follow-up data to the second device to cause the second device to present the follow-up data.
12 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising providing the follow-up data to the second device during the communication session to cause the second device to present the follow-up data during the communication session.
13 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
analyzing the image data by performing image recognition that identifies an object in the picture; and
determining the follow-up data based on the identified object.
14 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
analyzing the image data by performing text identification that identifies text in the picture; and
determining the follow-up data based on the identified text.
15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the picture is captured by the first device in response to a command performed by a user on a user interface of the second device.
16 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
obtaining transcript data that includes a transcription of audio of the communication session; and
in response to the image data and a transcript data segment of the transcript data each having timing data that corresponds to points in time during the communication session that are within a particular timeframe with respect to each other, inserting, in the transcript data segment, an image tag that indicates the picture.
17 . One or more non-transitory computer-readable media configured to store instructions that in response to being executed by one or more processors cause one or more systems to perform the method of claim 11 .
18 . A computer-implemented method to link media related to a communication session, the method comprising:
obtaining transcript data that includes a transcription of audio of a communication session;
obtaining image data that is communicated between a first device and a second device during the communication session, the image data being of a picture captured by the first device;
