Abstract
The technical field of the invention is in pharmaceutical compounds and methods. In an aspect, the disclosure provides macrolide compounds suitable for use as antifungal agents, as well as methods for their use and compositions containing the same.
Claims (2)
1. A compound selected from the group consisting of compounds 2-37, 39-91, 96-155, 157-158, 160-164, 167-190, 193, 200, 202-213, 215, 217, 218, and 219 as recited in Table 1.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a formulation according to claim 1 in effective unit dosage.
