Abstract

A multi-mode element interleaved wagering game, using a wager server and a process server and also including a mobile device constructed to: provide an interactive application; provide an interactive application display; distribute, session initiation indication data; distribute application telemetry data; receive, data from a series of result data and application resource data; incorporate the data into the interactive application; receive, the series of result data; store the series of result data; configure a wagering user interface based on the stored series of result data via the display output.

Claims (88)

1 . A gaming system constructed to provide a multi-mode element interleaved wagering game and to receive credits from a user, comprising:

a mobile device including a communication interface and a display output, wherein the mobile device is constructed to:

provide an interactive application display, associated with an interactive application provided by the mobile device via the display output;

distribute, to a process server, session initiation indication data;

distribute, to the process server, application telemetry data associated with an interactive application session;

receive, from the process server, the first result data from a series of result data and application resource data;

automatically incorporate the application resource data into the interactive application;

store the first result data;

receive, from the process server, the series of result data;

store the series of result data;

responsive to receiving a threshold number of result data from the series of result data, automatically configure a wagering user interface based on the stored series of result data via the display output;

and

a wager server constructed to:

receive, from the process server, session wager request data;

responsive to receiving the session wager request data, determine a series of session wager outcomes to be used in the interactive application session using a random number generator;

distribute, to the process server, the series of session wager outcomes;

receive, from the process server, one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes; and

automatically adjust a credit meter based on the first result data; and

the process server operatively connecting the mobile device and the wager server, the process server constructed to:

receive, from the mobile device, the session initiation indication data;

automatically distribute, to the wager server, the session wager request data;

receive, from the wager server, the series of session wager outcomes;

receive, from the mobile device, the application telemetry data;

scan the application telemetry data to determine whether to trigger a wager request;

when the wager request is triggered, access the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes received from the wager server;

responsive to accessing the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes, automatically determine the first result data;

responsive to accessing the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes, automatically determine the application resource data;

command the mobile device by communicating the first result data and the application resource data to the mobile device;

distribute, to the wager server, the first result data;

generate the series of result data using subsequent wager requests and the series of session wager outcomes.

2 . The gaming system of claim 1 , wherein the series of session wager outcomes are stored as an ordered list in a memory accessible by the process server.

3 . The gaming system of claim 1 , wherein when the series of session wager outcomes are exhausted, the process server distributes, to the mobile device, final application resource data.

4 . The gaming system of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is a smartphone.

5 . The gaming system of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is a tablet computer.

6 . The gaming system of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is a personal digital assistant.

7 . The gaming system of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is a gaming console.

8 . The gaming system of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device distributes interactive application data via a cellular telephone network.

9 . A gaming system constructed to provide a multi-mode element interleaved wagering game and to receive credits from a user, comprising:

a wager server of the multi-mode element interleaved wagering game, the wager server constructed to:

receive, from a process server, session wager request data;

responsive to receiving the session wager request data, determine a series of session wager outcomes to be used in the interactive application session using a random number generator;

distribute, to the process server, the series of session wager outcomes;

receive, from the process server first result data; and

automatically adjust a credit meter based on the first result data; and

the process server of the multi-mode element interleaved wagering game operatively connecting the wager server to a mobile device using a communication link, the process server constructed to:

receive, from the mobile device, session initiation indication data associated with an interactive application provided by the mobile device;

automatically distribute, to the wager server, the session wager request data;

receive, from the wager server, the series of session wager outcomes;

receive, from the mobile device, application telemetry data associated with an interactive application session;

scan the application telemetry data to determine whether to trigger a wager request;

when the wager request is triggered, access the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes received from the wager server;

responsive to accessing the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes, automatically determine first result data; responsive to accessing the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes, automatically determine application resource data;

command the mobile device by communicating the first result data and the application resource data to the mobile device;

distribute, to the wager server, the first result data; and

generate a series of result data using subsequent wager requests and the series of session wager outcomes.

10 . The gaming system of claim 9 , wherein the series of session wager outcomes are stored as an ordered list in a memory accessible by the process server.

11 . The gaming system of claim 9 , wherein when the series of session wager outcomes are exhausted, the process server distributes, to the mobile device, final application resource data.

12 . The gaming system of claim 9 , wherein the mobile device is a smartphone.

13 . The gaming system of claim 9 , wherein the mobile device is a tablet computer.

14 . The gaming system of claim 9 , wherein the mobile device distributes interactive application data via a cellular telephone network.

15 . A gaming system constructed to provide a multi-mode element interleaved wagering game and to receive credits from a user, comprising:

a mobile device of the multi-mode element interleaved wagering game, the mobile device constructed to:

provide an interactive application display associated with an interactive application provided by the mobile device via the display output;

distribute, to the process server, session initiation indication data;

distribute, to the process server, application telemetry data associated with an interactive application session;

receive, from the process server, first result data and application resource data;

automatically incorporate the application resource data into the interactive application;

store the first result data;

receive, from the process server, the series of result data;

store the series of result data;

responsive to receiving a threshold number of result data from the series of result data, automatically configure a wagering user interface based on the stored series of result data via the display output; and

the process server of the multi-mode element interleaved wagering game operatively connecting the mobile device to a wager server, the process server constructed to:

receive, from the mobile device, the session initiation indication data;

automatically distribute, to the wager server, session wager request data;

receive, from the wager server, a series of session wager outcomes generated using a random number generator;

receive, from the mobile device, the application telemetry data;

scan the application telemetry data to determine whether to trigger a wager request;

when the wager request is triggered, access the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes received from the wager server;

responsive to accessing the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes, automatically determine the first result;

responsive to accessing the one wager outcome from the series of session wager outcomes, automatically determine the application resource data;

command the mobile device by communicating the first result data and the application resource data to the mobile device; and

distribute, to the wager server, the first result data, wherein the wager server automatically adjusts a credit meter based on the first result data; and

generate the series of result data using subsequent wager requests and the series of session wager outcomes.

16 . The gaming system of claim 15 , wherein the series of session wager outcomes are stored as an ordered list in a memory accessible by the process server.

17 . The gaming system of claim 15 , wherein when the series of session wager outcomes are exhausted, the process server distributes, to the mobile device, final application resource data.

18 . The gaming system of claim 15 , wherein the mobile device is a smartphone.

19 . The gaming system of claim 15 , wherein the mobile device is a tablet computer.

20 . The gaming system of claim 15 , wherein the mobile device distributes interactive application data via a cellular telephone network.
