Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure include a platform for a resource provisioning system. The platform can execute big data analysis techniques to access-right data to generate statistics that characterize a set of users. For example, characteristics of users who access resources events can be analyzed with varying levels of detail. The access-right data can include access right assignments, and data identifying the users to which access rights are assigned. In some implementations, spatial management systems can access the platform to generate statistics for the resources.

one or more data processors; and

a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium containing instructions which, when executed on the one or more data processors, cause the one or more data processors to perform operations including:

receiving, at a primary load management system, a communication from a user device, the communication corresponding to a request to assign an access right to the user device, and the assignment of the access right to the user device enabling a user operating the user device to access a resource for a defined time period;

in response to receiving the communication, determining, at the primary load management system, whether or not to assign the access right to the user device, the determination being based at least in part on one or more conditions being satisfied;

in response to a determination of assigning the access right to the user device, associating, at the primary load management system, a user feature representing the user or user device to the access right;

identifying, at a client agent device located at a spatial region associated with the resource, a non-access-right document associated with a user, the client agent device being associated with the resource, and the spatial region associated with the resource being available for entry under one or more defined conditions;

extracting, at the client agent device, a user feature from the non-access-right document, the user feature corresponding to one or more data items included in the non-access-right document;

transmitting, at the client agent device, the user feature to the primary load management system, the primary load management system storing a set of access rights to the resource, and the set of access rights including the access right assigned to the user device;

determining, at the primary load management system, whether the extracted user feature corresponds to any access rights of the set of access rights, the determination being based at least in part on comparing the extracted user feature with one or more user features associated with the set of access rights;

in response to determining that the extracted user feature corresponds to the user feature associated with the access right assigned to the user device, querying a social media network using the extracted user feature to retrieve one or more additional data items associated with the user device; and

enabling the user to access the spatial region associated with the resource when the extracted user feature corresponds to the user feature associated with the access right to the user device, and enabling the user to access the spatial region associated with the resource includes displaying the one or more retrieved additional data items at the client agent device.
