9. The wireless device of claim 8 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the wireless device to:

determine that the wireless device has sufficient power to transmit the SRS in parallel with the packet.

10. The wireless device of claim 8 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:

based on a determination that a random access preamble is configured for transmission in one or more symbols comprising the last symbol of the first subframe, drop the SRS.

11. The wireless device of claim 8 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:

based on a determination that a random access preamble is not configured for transmissions in one or more symbols comprising the last symbol of the first subframe, transmit the SRS.

12. The wireless device of claim 8 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to transmit the SRS after on one or more of:

a physical downlink control channel packet; or

a radio resource control message.

13. The wireless device of claim 8 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the wireless device to:

prioritize a transmission of the SRS lower than:

a transmission of a random access preamble; and

a transmission of the packet.

14. The wireless device of claim 8 , wherein the packet comprises one or more of:

a physical uplink control channel packet; or

a physical uplink shared channel packet.

15. A system comprising:

a base station comprising:

one or more processors; and

memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors of the base station, cause the base station to:

transmit at least one message comprising configuration parameters of:

a plurality of cells; and

a sounding reference signal (SRS) that is configured to be transmitted in a last symbol of a first subframe via a first cell of the plurality of cells; and

a wireless device comprising:

one or more processors; and

memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors of the wireless device, cause the wireless device to:

transmit, via a plurality of symbols of the first subframe via a second cell of the plurality of cells, a packet, wherein the plurality of symbols of the first subframe comprise the last symbol of the first subframe, wherein the wireless device has sufficient power to transmit the SRS in parallel with the packet, and wherein the first cell and second cell are different cells of a same cell group; and

transmit the SRS, if the wireless device is configured for more than one cell group; and

drop the SRS, if the wireless device is not configured for more than one cell group.

16. The system of claim 15 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors of the wireless device, further cause the wireless device to:

determine that the wireless device has sufficient power to transmit the SRS in parallel with the packet.

17. The system of claim 15 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors of the wireless device, cause the wireless device to:
