Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes a reception unit and a notification unit. The reception unit receives a function for which an execution period is set. The notification unit transmits a notification indicating recommendation for change of the execution period in a case where the execution period is not appropriate.

Claims (35)

1. An information processing apparatus comprising:

a reception unit that receives a function for which an execution period is set, the execution period determined based upon a predetermined possibility that a trigger for activating the function during the execution period would occur;

a trigger management unit that identifies one or more cameras with which a number of people photographed during the execution period exceeds a threshold;

a recommending unit that recommends a change of an execution place to be a place where the one or more cameras are located; and

a notification unit that transmits a notification indicating the recommendation for change of the execution place.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a determination unit that determines, based on an occurrence frequency of the trigger for activating the function during the execution period, whether or not the execution period is appropriate,

wherein the notification unit transmits the notification indicating the recommendation in accordance with a determination result by the determination unit.

3. An information processing apparatus comprising:

a reception unit that receives a function for which an execution period is set, the execution period determined based upon a predetermined possibility that a trigger for activating the function during the execution period would occur;

a trigger management unit that identifies one or more cameras with which a number of people photographed during the execution period exceeds a threshold;

a recommending unit that recommends a change of an execution place to be a place where the one or more cameras are located; and

a notification unit that transmits a notification indicating recommendation the for change of the execution place, in accordance with an occurrence frequency of the trigger for activating the function during the execution period.

4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 ,

wherein in a case where the occurrence frequency of the trigger during the execution period is less than or equal to a threshold, the notification unit transmits the notification indicating the recommendation.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 ,

wherein the occurrence frequency of the trigger is information based on a detection result by an apparatus used for the function.

6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 ,

wherein the notification unit transmits a notification indicating a period with a higher occurrence frequency of the trigger.

7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 ,

wherein as the occurrence frequency of the trigger, a value to which weighting processing according to contents of the trigger is applied is used.

8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the notification unit further transmits the notification indicating the recommendation according to attributes of a user.

9. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein based on an occurrence frequency of a trigger for activating the function at the execution place, it is determined whether or not the execution place is appropriate.

10. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the reception unit further receives setting contents of the function, and

wherein the notification unit further transmits a notification indicating recommendation for change of the setting contents in a case where the setting contents are not appropriate.

11. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the notification unit further transmits the notification indicating the recommendation based on electric power required for the function.

12. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for information processing, the process comprising:

receiving a function for which an execution period is set, the execution period determined based upon a predetermined possibility that a trigger for activating the function during the execution period would occur;

identifying one or more cameras with which a number of people photographed during the execution period exceeds a threshold;

recommending a change of an execution place to be a place where the one or more cameras are located; and

transmitting a notification indicating recommendation for change of the execution place to be a place where the one or more cameras are located.
