Abstract

An optical image anti-shake device, defined with an X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis, includes a casing, a movable member and a base. A suspension mechanism furnished inside the optical image anti-shake device includes a movable-member support and a suspension module. A first surface of the movable-member support is connected to the movable member. The suspension module suspends the movable-member support together with the movable member inside an inner compartment formed between the casing and the base.

a base, fixed to the casing in such a manner that, an inner compartment being formed between the base and the casing;

a movable member, received within the inner compartment and movable relative to the base; said movable member being able to receive an optical component; wherein, when the optical component is received in the movable member, said optical component defines an optical axis and is located inside the movable member, in addition, said optical component is movable relative to the movable member along said optical axis;

a first driving module, located inside the inner compartment, said first driving module driving the optical component to move relative to the movable member along said optical axis;

a second driving module, located inside the inner compartment, said second driving module driving the movable member to move relative to the base along at least one direction perpendicular to the optical axis;

a first suspension module, located inside the movable member for supporting the optical component in such a manner that the optical component is suspended and movable relative to the movable member along said optical axis; and

a second suspension module, located inside the inner compartment for supporting the movable member in such a manner that the movable member is capable of displacing with respect to the base along said direction perpendicular to the optical axis;

wherein, said second suspension module comprises a movable-member support portion, a frame portion and an elastic element portion; said movable-member support portion is connected with the movable member; said frame portion is connected with the base; said elastic element portion is connected between the movable-member support portion and the frame portion;

wherein the movable-member support portion, the elastic element portion and the frame portion are produced as a single piece of thin plate, such that the movable-member support portion is a thin-plate structure;

wherein said movable member comprises:

a base frame; and

a carrier, located inside the base frame;

wherein when the optical component is received in the movable member, said optical component is carried by the carrier;

wherein said first suspension module comprises at least one spring plate connected between the carrier and the base frame;

wherein said first driving module is furnished between the carrier and the base frame;

wherein said second driving module is furnished between the base frame and the base.

2. The driving device according to claim 1 , wherein said second suspension module not only allows the movable member to displace with respect to the base along said direction perpendicular to the optical axis, but also allows the movable member to shift relative to the base along said optical axis.

3. The driving device according to claim 1 , wherein said elastic element portion is also a thin-plate structure shaped like one of the following: a single string extended along said direction perpendicular to said optical axis, and a S-shaped winding portions extended along a plane perpendicular to said optical axis; wherein an upper surface of said thin-plate structure of said movable-member support portion is perpendicular to said optical axis.

4. The driving device according to claim 1 , wherein

said carrier is a lens carrier; said optical component is a lens carried by the lens carrier.

5. The driving device according to claim 4 , wherein said second driving module comprises:

two X-axial magnets, mounted parallel on a lower surface of said movable-member support portion;

two Y-axial magnets, mounted parallel on the lower surface of said movable-member support portion in a manner to form a magnet square with the two X-axial magnets;

two X-axial magnet-driving coils, located parallel above said base at places opposite to the two X-axial magnets respectively; and

two Y-axial magnet-driving coils, located parallel above said base at places opposite to the two Y-axial magnets respectively and in a manner to form a coil square with the two X-axial magnet-driving coils.

6. The driving device according to claim 5 , further comprising:

an X-axial displacement sensor, located above said base to detect an X-axial deviation of said movable member; and

a Y-axial displacement sensor, located above said base to detect a Y-axial deviation of said movable member;

wherein each of said X-axial displacement sensor and said Y-axial displacement sensor is one of a magnetic sensor and an optical sensor; the magnetic sensor is one of a Hall sensor, a magneto-resistive (MR) sensor and a fluxgate sensor, the optical sensor is one of an optical position detector and an optical encoder;

wherein, in the case that the X-axial displacement sensor and the Y-axial displacement sensor are both magnetic sensors, the X-axial displacement sensor is located on said base at a position corresponding to one of the two X-axial magnets, and the Y-axial displacement sensor is located on said base at another position corresponding to one of the two Y-axial magnets;

wherein, in the case that the X-axial displacement sensor and the Y-axial displacement sensor are both optical sensors, the X-axial displacement sensor and the Y-axial displacement sensor are located on the base at respective places to face said movable member.

7. The driving device according to claim 4 , wherein said first driving module comprises:

a coil, mounted to surround exteriorly the lens carrier; and

at least one magnet, mounted on the base frame with respect to the coil, said at least one magnet and said coil being integrated to form an electromagnetic driving module for driving the lens carrier to move linearly with respect to the base frame along the optical axis.
