Abstract

Various implementations described herein are directed to a load bearing ledger fitting, a modular header beam, a perimeter safety deck, a multi-purpose bearing plate, and a mega-shore bearing plate of an integrated construction system.

Claims (38)

1. A perimeter safety deck assembly of an integrated construction system, comprising:

a post in the integrated construction system;

a first ledger cantilevered to the post in a configuration perpendicular to the post; and

at least one second ledger coupled to the first ledger in a configuration perpendicular to the first ledger and forming a wall panel on a perimeter of the integrated construction system,

wherein a platform is coupled to the first ledger via a plurality of joists,

wherein the platform is configured to provide worker access, or provide support for shoring or both, and

wherein the platform supports a modular header beam, the modular header beam is coupled to the post and a second platform, and the second platform is configured to provide shoring for a concrete slab.

2. A perimeter safety deck assembly of an integrated construction system, comprising:

a post in the integrated construction system;

a first ledger cantilevered to the post in a configuration perpendicular to the post;

at least one second ledger coupled to the first ledger in a configuration perpendicular to the first ledger and forming a wall panel on a perimeter of the integrated construction system;

a third ledger coupled to the post and the at least one second ledger; and

a bracing element coupled to the post and the third ledger;

wherein the first ledger and the third ledger are part of a cantilevered ledger assembly, and

wherein the bracing element is coupled to the post via a ledger clamp or wherein the bracing element is coupled to the third ledger via a clip.

3. A perimeter safety deck assembly of an integrated construction system, comprising:

a post in the integrated construction system;

a first ledger cantilevered to the post in a configuration perpendicular to the post;

at least one second ledger coupled to the first ledger in a configuration perpendicular to the first ledger and forming a wall panel on a perimeter of the integrated construction system, and

a third ledger coupled to the post and the at least one second ledger,

wherein the first ledger and the third ledger are part of a cantilevered ledger assembly,

wherein the cantilevered ledger assembly includes a plurality of struts coupled to the first ledger and the third ledger.

4. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 3 , further comprising a bracing element coupled to the post and the first ledger.

5. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 4 , wherein the bracing element is coupled to the post via a ledger clamp and the first ledger via a clip.

6. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 3 , wherein the wall panel comprises a plurality of second ledgers coupled together to form the wall panel.

7. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 3 , wherein the first ledger is cantilevered to the post via a ledger clamp.

8. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 3 , wherein the cantilevered ledger assembly includes at least one brace member coupled to the first ledger and the third ledger.

9. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 3 , further comprising a bracing element coupled to the post and the third ledger.

10. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 3 , wherein a platform is coupled to the first ledger via a plurality of joists.

11. The perimeter safety deck assembly of claim 10 , wherein the platform is configured to provide worker access, or provide support for shoring or both.

12. A perimeter safety deck assembly of an integrated construction system, comprising:

a post in the integrated construction system;

a first ledger coupled to the post in a configuration perpendicular to the post; and

at least one second ledger coupled to the first ledger in a configuration perpendicular to the first ledger and forming a wall panel on a perimeter of the integrated construction system;

a third ledger coupled to the post and the at least one second ledger;

wherein the first ledger and the third ledger are part of a ledger assembly,

wherein the ledger assembly includes a plurality of struts coupled to the first ledger and the third ledger, and

wherein the ledger assembly includes brace members coupled between adjacent struts of the plurality of struts.
