Abstract

A wireless device may receive configuration parameters for configured uplink transmissions via a plurality of resources. A first uplink transmission may be associated with a first resource in the plurality of resources and may be associated with a first HARQ process number. The wireless device may cancel a trigger for transmitting a buffer status report and create a first packet comprising the buffer status report for transmission via the first resource. The wireless device may receive, before a scheduled transmission of the first packet, a downlink control information for transmission of a second packet. The second packet may be associated with the first HARQ process number. In response to the downlink control information, the wireless device may drop the scheduled transmission of the first packet via the first resource and trigger the trigger for transmitting the buffer status report in response to receiving the downlink control information.

Claims (26)

1. A method comprising:

receiving, by a wireless device, configuration parameters for configured uplink transmissions via a plurality of resources, wherein a first uplink transmission, via a first resource in the plurality of resources, is associated with a first hybrid automatic repeat request process number;

canceling a trigger for transmitting a buffer status report;

creating a first packet comprising the buffer status report for transmission via the first resource;

receiving a downlink control information, before a scheduled transmission of the first packet, for transmission of a second packet associated with the first hybrid automatic repeat request process number;

dropping the scheduled transmission of the first packet via the first resource in response to receiving the downlink control information; and

triggering the trigger for transmitting the buffer status report in response to receiving the downlink control information.

2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising starting a configured grant timer in response to receiving the downlink control information wherein the configuration parameters comprise a value of the configured grant timer.

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the dropping the scheduled transmission of the first packet is further in response to the configured grant timer running during a transmission duration of the scheduled transmission of the first packet.

4. The method of claim 3 , further comprising transmitting the second packet based on the downlink control information.

5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the second packet comprises the buffer status report.

6. The method of claim 3 , wherein the first hybrid automatic repeat request process number for transmitting the first packet via the first resource is determined based on the first resource.

7. The method of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of resources are activated in response receiving the configuration parameters.

8. The method of claim 2 , further comprising transmitting the second packet based on the downlink control information.

9. The method of claim 8 , further comprising starting the configured grant timer in response to transmitting the second packet.

10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the second packet comprises the buffer status report.

11. The method of claim 2 , further comprising transmitting the second packet based on the downlink control information.

12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the second packet comprises the buffer status report.

13. The method of claim 2 , wherein the first hybrid automatic repeat request process number for transmitting the first packet via the first resource is determined based on the first resource.

14. The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of resources are activated in response receiving the configuration parameters.

15. The method of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of resources are activated in response receiving the configuration parameters and a first downlink control information indicating activation of the plurality of resources.

16. The method of claim 1 , further comprising transmitting the second packet based on the downlink control information.

17. The method of claim 16 , wherein the second packet comprises the buffer status report.

18. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first hybrid automatic repeat request process number for transmitting the first packet via the first resource is determined based on the first resource.

19. The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of resources are activated in response receiving the configuration parameters.

20. The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of resources are activated in response receiving the configuration parameters and a first downlink control information indicating activation of the plurality of resources.
