the scheduling assignment information further comprises: the current remaining actual quantity of the time-frequency resource being persistently occupied, and an occupation period for the time-frequency resource; or

the scheduling assignment information further comprises: the current remaining valid quantity of the time-frequency resource being persistently occupied, and an occupation period for the time-frequency resource.

7. The method according to claim 6 , wherein the current remaining actual quantity of the time-frequency resource being persistently occupied decreases as the number of times that the time-frequency resource has been used for data transmission increases.

8. The method according to claim 6 , wherein the current remaining valid quantity of the time-frequency resource being persistently occupied is the smaller one of the current remaining actual quantity of the time-frequency resource being persistently occupied and the preset maximum valid quantity of the time-frequency resource, and the preset maximum valid quantity of the time-frequency resource is an integer greater than 1.
