Antibodies, combinations comprising antibodies, biomarkers, uses and methods
The present invention relates to combinations comprising anti-human x OX40L antibodies, new biomarkers of autoimmune or alloimmune deseases, and their use in various therapeutic methods.
1. A method for increasing the ratio of T reg :T conv cells in a patient with an anti-OX40L antibody or antibody fragment that specifically binds to human OX40L (hOX40L), comprising:
a) selecting a patient with a ratio of T reg :T conv cells of 2:100 or less,
b) administering to the selected patient an anti-OX40L antibody or antibody fragment that specifically binds to human OX40L (hOX40L), wherein
the antibody or antibody fragment comprises:
(a) a HCDR1 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 36 or 42;
(b) a HCDR2 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 38 or 44;
(c) a HCDR3 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40 or 46;
(d) a LCDR1 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 50 or 56;
(e) a LCDR2 amino acid sequence of AAS or SEQ ID NO: 58; and
(f) a LCDR3 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 54 or 60, wherein
T reg cells are CD25+CD127−FoxP3+ and T conv cells are CD25−CD127+, and wherein the patient has dermatitis.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the ratio of T reg :T conv cells in the patient is less than 1.5:100.
3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises a VH amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 34 and a VL amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 48.
4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof further comprises a heavy chain constant region, and wherein the heavy chain constant region is IgG4-PE.
