A new and distinct cultivar of Monarda plant named ‘Domonpocde’, characterized by its upright plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large inflorescences with red purple-colored flowers; and relative tolerance to Powdery Mildew.
