Abstract

Various embodiments herein each include at least one of systems, methods, software, and data flows for customized order processing. One example embodiment includes receiving data representative of an ordered item and retrieving data representative of components of the ordered item based on the received data representative of the ordered item. This embodiment further includes assembling at least one aggregate dataset of the retrieved data representative of the components, at least one aggregate dataset being a dataset providing a representation of the ordered item when rendered. Each of the at least one aggregate datasets may then be rendered. The rendering may include rendering a label or a wrapper for the ordered item. The rendering may also or alternatively include publishing the rendered data to one or both of a customer loyalty and social media account.

Claims (13)

1. A method, comprising:

assembling, by executable instructions that execute on a processor from a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, order data for an order, components data for components of the order data, nutritional information for each of the components, and custom-defined data for a customer that placed the order into label data for a customized label that is to be printed by a printer, wherein information assembled for the label data is defined in a customer account preference that comprises the custom-defined data and a link to a social media account of the customer, wherein at least a portion of the custom-defined data defines social media content and obtaining the social media content via the link from the social media account of the customer, wherein at least a portion of the order includes a customized food item defined and named by the customer via the customer account preference;

causing, by the executable instructions, the printer to print the customized label to be affixed to at least one item associated with the order and delivered to the customer;

posting, by the executable instructions, at least some details of the order data including the customized food item to the social media account by obtaining the link to the social media account for the customer from the customer account preference identified from a loyalty account of the customer;

confirming, by the executable instructions, when the customer picks up the order through a camera system;

tracking, by the executable instructions, subsequent orders associated with the customized food item ordered by other customers with the at least some details of the order data; and

crediting, by the executable instructions, a customer account of the customer with credits based on the subsequent orders, wherein crediting further includes awarding the customer a free customized food item when other customers are detected as ordering the customized food item with the at least some details of the order data a predefined number of times.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein assembling further includes obtaining item-specific contents with the order data based on item identifiers associated with items included in the order data.

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein obtaining further includes obtaining at least one image associated with at least one of the items with the order data based on the item identifiers.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein assembling further includes obtaining a picture of the customer with the custom-defined data from the loyalty account of the customer.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein assembling further includes obtaining a custom-image with the custom-defined data from the loyalty account of the customer, wherein the custom-image is an image assigned in the loyalty account by the customer for association with one or more items present in the order.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein assembling further includes receiving the order data and an identifier associated with the customer from a Point-Of-Sale (POS) terminal, a kiosk, or a mobile device operated by the customer.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein causing further includes sending the label data to the printer that is located in an area where the order is being packaged for delivery to the customer.
