Abstract

The present disclosure relates to maintaining trust scores for data sources. Record objects of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider may be accessed. Each record object may correspond to a record object type and have one or more object field-value pairs. Node profiles may be maintained. Each node profile may include one or more node field-value pairs. A subset of node field-value pairs of the node profiles with confidence scores greater than a threshold score may be identified. Each node field-value pair of the subset may be compared with a corresponding object field-value pair of the record objects. A trust score for the data source provider may be generated based on the comparison.

Claims (58)

1 . A method, comprising:

accessing, by one or more processors, a plurality of record objects of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider, each record object of the plurality of record objects corresponding to a record object type and having one or more object field-value pairs, each field-value pair of the record object associating an object field value to a corresponding field of the record object;

maintaining, by the one or more processors, a plurality of node profiles corresponding to a plurality of unique entities, each node profile of the plurality of node profiles including one or more node field-value pairs, each node field-value pair of the node profile associated with a corresponding field and a node field value;

identifying, by the one or more processors, a subset of node field-value pairs from the one or more node field-value pairs of the plurality of node profiles, each node field-value pair of the subset having a confidence score greater than a threshold score;

comparing, by the one or more processors, each node field-value pair of the subset of node field-value pair with a corresponding object field-value pair of the plurality of record objects to determine a number of matches between the node field-value pair of the subset and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects; and

generating, by the one or more processors, a trust score for the data source provider based on the determined number of matches between the node field-value pair of the subset of the node profiles and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record object, the trust score indicating a level of reliability of the data source provider for the system of record maintaining the plurality of record objects.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the comparing further comprises:

determining a number of mismatches between the node field-value pair of the subset and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects; and

determining a number of incompletes among the one or more object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects for a corresponding node field-value pair of the plurality of node profiles; and

wherein generating the trust score further comprises generating the trust score for the data source provider based on the number of mismatches and not factoring the number of incompletes.

The method of claim 1 , further comprising identifying, by the one or more processors, for each object field-value pair of the plurality of record objects, the corresponding node field-value pair from the plurality of node profiles based on the field of the object field-value pair matching the field of node field-value pair.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the confidence score of each node field-value pair is generated from contribution scores of one or more data points that correspond to the value of the node field-value pair, the confidence score indicative of a level of certainty in the node field-value pair, the contribution score generated based on a time associated with the data point.

5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising

determining, by the one or more processors, a number of completes of the one or more object field-value pairs for the plurality of record objects based on the fields of the one or more field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects matching the fields of the one or more node field-value pairs of the plurality of node profiles; and

generating, by the one or more processors, a health score for the data source provider based on the number of completes for the object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects based on the number of completes, the health score indicating a level of completeness in the plurality of record objects maintained by the system of record for the data source provider.

6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

determining a number of matches between the one or more object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects and the corresponding node field-value pairs of the plurality of node profiles;

determining a number of mismatches between the one or more object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects and the corresponding node field-value pairs of the plurality of node profiles; and

generating, by the one or more processors, a health score for the data source provider based on the number of matches and the number of mismatches.

The method of claim 1 , wherein maintaining the plurality of node profiles further comprises aggregating the plurality of node profiles from a plurality of systems of record corresponding to individual tenants, the plurality of systems of record excluding the system of record, the confidence score of each node field-value pair generated based on a number of record objects of the plurality of systems of record that include the node field-value pair.

The method of claim 7 , further comprising generating, by the one or more processors, a health score for the data source provider based on the comparison between each node field-value pair of the subset of node field-value pair with a corresponding object field-value pair of the plurality of record objects.

9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

identifying, by the one or more processors, from the plurality of record objects, a first record object of a first record object type and a second record object of a second record object type in accordance with a set of rules for linking record objects;

determining, by the one or more processors, whether the first record object is to be linked to the second record object based on the set of rules for linking record objects for the first record object type and the second record object type;

identifying, by the one or more processors, whether the first record object is linked with the second record object in the system of record; and

generating, by the one or more processors, a health score for the data source provider based on the determination of whether the first record object is to be linked to the second record object based on the set of rules for linking record objects and on the identification of whether the first record object is linked with the second record object in the system of record.

The method of claim 1 , further comprising generating, by the one or more processors, a multi-tenant system of record using a plurality of systems of record, the multi-tenant system of record configured to maintain a second plurality of record objects, each record object of the second plurality of record objects including at least one object field-value pair having a confidence score generated based on a trust score for a corresponding system of record that includes an object field-value pair that matches the at least one object field-value pair for a corresponding record object.

The method of claim 1 , wherein maintaining the plurality of node files further comprises maintaining the one or more node field-value pairs of the plurality of node profiles generated from one or more electronic activities accessible via the data source provider that provided access to the system of record.

12 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

identifying, by the one or more processors, a field lacking in the one or more object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects of the system of record;

generating, by the one or more processors, a predicted health score for the data source provider based on an addition of the identified field lacking in the one or more object field-value pairs to the plurality of record objects of the system of record;

comparing, by the one or more processors, the predicted health score to a determined health score for the data source provider based on a number of completes for the object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects based on the number of completes; and

generating, by the one or more processors, for the data source provider, a recommendation to add values corresponding to the field lacking in the one or more object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects maintained by the system of record responsive to determining that the predicted health score is greater than the determined health score.

13 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

determining, by the one or more processors, a first level of completeness of a first record field type among the plurality of record objects, the first level of completeness indicating a number of record objects with the first record field type;

determining, by the one or more processors, a second level of completeness of a second record type among the plurality of record objects, the second level of completeness indicating a number of record objects with the second record field type;

determining, by the one or more processors, that the second level of completeness of the second record type is greater than the first level of completeness of the first record type in the plurality of records; and

providing, by the one or more processors, an indication to the data source provider for the system of record to increase the number of record objects with the first record type responsive to determining that the second level of completeness is greater than the first level of completeness.

14 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising comparing, by the one or more processors, at least one object field-value pair of a record object of the plurality of record objects to a corresponding node field-value pair of the plurality of node profiles indicated as current.

15 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising generating, by the one or more processors, a health score based on a number of object field-value pairs in the plurality of record objects determined to not be current.

16 . A system, comprising:

one or more hardware processors configured to:

access a plurality of record objects of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider, each record object of the plurality of record objects corresponding to a record object type and having one or more object field-value pairs, each field-value pair of the record object associating an object field value to a corresponding field of the record object;

maintain a plurality of node profiles corresponding to a plurality of unique entities, each node profile of the plurality of node profiles including one or more node field-value pairs, each node field-value pair of the node profile associated with a corresponding field and a node field value;

identify a subset of node field-value pairs from the one or more node field-value pairs of the plurality of node profiles, each node field-value pair of the subset having a confidence score greater than a threshold score;

compare each node field-value pair of the subset of node field-value pair with a corresponding object field-value pair of the plurality of record objects to determine a number of matches between the node field-value pair of the subset and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects; and

generate a trust score for the data source provider based on the determined number of matches between the node field-value pair of the subset of the node profiles and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record object, the trust score indicating a level of reliability of the data source provider for the system of record maintaining the plurality of record objects.

17 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the one or more hardware processors are further configured to: determine a number of mismatches between the node field-value pair of the subset and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects;

determine a number of incompletes among the one or more object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects for a corresponding node field-value pair of the plurality of node profiles; and

generate the trust score for the data source provider based on the number of mismatches and not factoring the number of incompletes.

The system of claim 16 , wherein the one or more hardware processors are further configured to identify, by the one or more processors, for each object field-value pair of the plurality of record objects, the corresponding node field-value pair from the plurality of node profiles based on the field of the object field-value pair matching the field of node field-value pair.

The system of claim 16 , wherein the confidence score of each node field-value pair is generated from contribution scores of one or more data points that correspond to the value of the node field-value pair, the confidence score indicative of a level of certainty in the node field-value pair, the contribution score generated based on a time associated with the data point.

20 . A non-transient computer-readable storage medium having instructions embodied thereon, the instructions being executable by one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to:

access a plurality of record objects of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider, each record object of the plurality of record objects corresponding to a record object type and having one or more object field-value pairs, each field-value pair of the record object associating an object field value to a corresponding field of the record object;

maintain a plurality of node profiles corresponding to a plurality of unique entities, each node profile of the plurality of node profiles including one or more node field-value pairs, each node field-value pair of the node profile associated with a corresponding field and a node field value;

identify a subset of node field-value pairs from the one or more node field-value pairs of the plurality of node profiles, each node field-value pair of the subset having a confidence score greater than a threshold score;

compare each node field-value pair of the subset of node field-value pair with a corresponding object field-value pair of the plurality of record objects to determine a number of matches between the node field-value pair of the subset and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record objects; and

generate a trust score for the data source provider based on the determined number of matches between the node field-value pair of the subset of the node profiles and the corresponding object field-value pairs of the plurality of record object, the trust score indicating a level of reliability of the data source provider for the system of record maintaining the plurality of record objects.
