Abstract

The present disclose describes systems and methods for creating a simulated phishing campaign for a user based on at least a history of the user with respect to simulated phishing campaigns. A database may be configured to store simulated phishing campaign history of a user, the simulated phishing campaign history comprising information on events associated with the user during one or more previous simulated phishing campaigns, A campaign controller may identify the simulated phishing campaign history of the user from the database, determine based at least on the simulated phishing campaign history of the user, a model from a plurality of models for creating a simulated phishing campaign directed to the user; and create, responsive to the determination, the simulated phishing campaign using the model.

Claims (27)

1. A method comprising:

(a) identifying, by an artificial intelligence agent system, a history of one or more users with one or more simulated phishing campaigns to use as input to train an artificial intelligence model to provide as output a selection of a model from a plurality of models responsive to receiving as input one or more attributes of a user, each of the plurality of models configured to output information that specifies how to create a simulated phishing communication;

(b) selecting, by the artificial intelligence agent system based at least on providing one or more attributes of a specific user as input to the artificial intelligence model, the model identified for the specific user from the plurality of models by the output of the artificial intelligence model, the model to be used by a campaign controller for creating the simulated phishing communication for the specific user; and

(c) creating, by the campaign controller responsive to the artificial intelligence agent system, the simulated phishing communication for the specific user using the information provided as output by the model selected by the artificial intelligence agent system.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein (a) further comprises identifying the history comprising activity that occurred in association with the one or more users during one or more previous simulated phishing communications.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein (a) further comprises using at least portions of the history of the one or more users as input to a neural network of the artificial intelligence agent system.

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the output of the neural network is identification of the model from the plurality of models.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein (a) further comprises identifying, by the artificial intelligent agent system, one or more attributes of the one or more users, wherein at least portions of the history of the one or more users and the one more attributes of the more users are used as input to a neural network of the artificial intelligence agent, wherein the output of the neural network is identification of the model from the plurality of models.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein (a) further comprises identifying, by the artificial intelligence agent system, information on one or more training programs taken by the one or more users associated with phishing, wherein at least portions of the history of the one or more users and the information are used as input to a neural network of the artificial intelligence agent system, wherein the output of the neural network is identification of the model from the plurality of models.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of models comprises a persona that is configured represent a type of one of a job, an occupation or a role.

8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising using, by the campaign controller, the selected model to determine one of timing or content of the simulated phishing communication.

9. The method of claim 1 , wherein (c) further comprises creating, by the campaign controller, a simulated phishing campaign comprising the simulated phishing communication of a plurality of simulated phishing communications.

10. The method of claim 9 , further comprising using, by the campaign controller, the selected model to determine one of frequency or content of each of the plurality of simulated phishing communications.

11. A system comprising:

an artificial intelligence agent system, executable on one or more processors, coupled to memory, and configured to:

identify a history of one or more users with one or more simulated phishing campaigns to use as input to train an artificial intelligence model, to provide as output a selection of a model from a plurality of models from a plurality of models responsive to receiving as input one or more attributes of a user, each of the plurality of models configured to output information that specifies how to create a simulated phishing communication;

select for a campaign controller based on providing one or more attributes of a specific user as input to the artificial intelligence model, the model identified for the specific user from the plurality of models by the output of the artificial intelligence model, the model to be used by a campaign controller for creating a simulated phishing communication for the specific user; and

wherein the campaign controller is configured to create, responsive to the artificial intelligence agent system, the simulated phishing communication for the specific user using the information provided as output by the model selected by the artificial intelligence agent system.

12. The system of claim 11 , wherein the history comprises activity that occurred in association with the one or more users during one or more previous simulated phishing communications.

13. The system of claim 11 , wherein the artificial intelligence agent system is further configured to use at least portions of the history of the one or more users as input to a neural network of the artificial intelligence agent.

14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the output of the neural network is identification of the model from the plurality of models.

15. The system of claim 11 , wherein the artificial intelligence agent system is further configured to identify one or more attributes of the one or more users, wherein at least portions of the history of the one or more users and the one more attributes of the more users are used as input to a neural network of the artificial intelligence agent system, wherein the output of the neural network is identification of the model from the plurality of models.

16. The system of claim 11 , wherein the artificial intelligence agent system is further configured to identify information on one or more training programs taken by the one or more users associated with phishing, wherein at least portions of the history of the one or more users and the information is used as input to a neural network of the artificial intelligence agent system, wherein the output of the neural network is identification of the model from the plurality of models.

17. The system of claim 11 , wherein each of the plurality of models comprises a persona that is configured represent a type of one of a job, an occupation or a role.

18. The system of claim 11 , wherein the campaign controller is further configured to use the selected model to determine one of timing or content of the simulated phishing communication.

19. The system of claim 11 , wherein the campaign controller is further configured to create a simulated phishing campaign comprising the simulated phishing communication of a plurality of simulated phishing communications.

20. The system of claim 19 , wherein the campaign controller is further configured to use the selected model to determine one of frequency or content of each of the plurality of simulated phishing communications.
