Abstract

Methods, systems, and storage media for comparing nodes are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: maintain a plurality of member node profiles and group node profiles; identify, for a first member node profile corresponding to a first group node profile, a first plurality of electronic activities linked to the first member node profile; determine a first performance profile corresponding to the first member node profile; identify a plurality of second performance profiles using node field-value pairs of member node profiles linked to the respective second performance profiles; generating a performance score of the first performance profile based on a comparison of the first performance profile to the plurality of second performance profiles; and storing, in one or more data structures, an association between the first member node profile and the performance score of the first performance profile.

Claims (68)

1 . A method comprising:

maintaining, by one or more processors, a plurality of member node profiles, each member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles including one or more field-value pairs, each member node profile linked to electronic activities transmitted or received via electronic accounts of the plurality of member node profiles, at least one of the electronic activities includes an email;

maintaining, by the one or more processors, a plurality of group node profiles, each member node profile linked to a corresponding group node profile;

identifying, by the one or more processors, for a first member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles that is linked to a first group node profile, a first plurality of electronic activities linked to the first member node profile;

determining, by the one or more processors, a first performance profile corresponding to the first member node profile based on the first plurality of electronic activities linked to the first member node profile and one or more field-value pairs of the first member node profile, the one or more field-value pairs corresponding to a title of the first member node profile or a department of the first member node profile;

identifying, by the one or more processors, a subset of the plurality of member node profiles, each respective member node profile of the subset corresponding to a respective group node profile different from the first group node profile and having one or more field-value pairs corresponding to a title of the respective member node profile or a department of the respective member node profile, each respective member node profile and the first node profile satisfying a match policy based on the one or more field-value pairs of the first member node profile and the respective one or more field-value pairs of the respective member node profile;

identifying, by the one or more processors, a plurality of second performance profiles, each second performance profile of the plurality of second performance profiles based on electronic activities linked to a respective member node profile of the subset and the one or more field-value pairs of the respective member node profile;

generating, by the one or more processors, a performance score of the first performance profile based on a comparison of the first performance profile to the plurality of second performance profiles; and

storing, by the one or more processors, in one or more data structures, an association between the first member node profile and the performance score of the first performance profile.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein identifying the plurality of second member node profiles linked to at least one second group node profile comprises:

identifying, by the one or more processors, for each of the at least one second group node profile, one or more field-value pairs of the second group node profile;

determining, by the one or more processors, for each second member node profile, that the first member node profile and the second member node profile satisfy a similarity threshold based on comparing one or more field-value pairs of the second group node profile with corresponding field-value pairs of the first group node profile.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein determining the first performance profile corresponding to the first member node profile further comprises:

identifying a plurality of record objects including object field-value pairs linked to the first member node profile, the plurality of record objects maintained in a system of record of a group entity corresponding to the first group node profile;

identifying, by the one or more processors, from the plurality of record objects, a subset of record objects having a first completion status;

extracting, by the one or more processors, from each record object of the subset, one or more object field-value pairs from the record object; and

wherein the first performance profile is generated based on the one or more object field-value pairs from each record object of the subset.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein determining the first performance profile corresponding to the first member node profile comprises:

for each electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities,

identifying, by the one or more processors, one or more participants of the electronic activity;

determining, by the one or more processors, for each participant of the one or more participants, one or more node field-value pairs of a respective member node profile corresponding to the participant, the one or more node field-value pairs corresponding to a respective title or a respective field of the respective member node profile; and

determining, by the one or more processors, a type of electronic activity indicating one of an email, a phone call, a virtual meeting or an in-person meeting.

6 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:

for each electronic activity of the first plurality of electronic activities, determining, based on the determined type of electronic activity, a predicted amount of time consumed by a first entity corresponding to the first node profile; and

generating, by the one or more processors, an aggregated predicted amount of time consumed by the first entity for each type of electronic activity based on the first plurality of electronic activities.

7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

generating, by the one or more processors, using each of the identified plurality of second performance profiles, a composite performance profile which represents a benchmark, wherein generating the performance score of the first performance profile is based on a comparison of the first performance profile to the composite performance profile.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the second plurality of performance profiles each correspond to a respective member node profile of the subset, each respective member node profile of the subset linked to a respective second group node profile.

The method of claim 8 , wherein each respective second group node profile includes a node field-value pair that satisfies a matching condition with the first group node profile based on comparing the node field-value pair of the respective second group node profile with a corresponding node field-value pair of the first group node profile.

10 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

generating, by the one or more processors, a content item identifying the performance score of the first member node profile; and

transmitting, by the one or more processors, the content item to a computing device associated with at least one of the first member node profile or a second member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles that is linked to the first group node profile.

11 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

generating, by the one or more processors, a content item identifying a plurality of performance scores for one or more member node profiles of the plurality of member node profiles that are linked to the first group node profile including the performance score generated for the first member node profile; and

transmitting, by the one or more processors, the content item to a computing device associated with another member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles linked to the first group node profile.

12 . A system comprising:

one or more hardware processors configured by machine-readable instructions to:

maintain a plurality of member node profiles, each member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles including one or more field-value pairs, each member node profile linked to electronic activities transmitted or received via electronic accounts of the plurality of member node profiles, at least one of the electronic activities includes an email;

maintain a plurality of group node profiles, each member node profile linked to a corresponding group node profile;

identify, for a first member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles that is linked to a first group node profile, a first plurality of electronic activities linked to the first member node profile;

determine a first performance profile corresponding to the first member node profile based on the first plurality of electronic activities linked to the first member node profile and one or more field-value pairs of the first member node profile, the one or more field-value pairs corresponding to a title of the first member node profile or a department of the first member node profile;

identify a subset of the plurality of member node profiles, each respective member node profile of the subset corresponding to a respective group node profile different from the first group node profile and having one or more field-value pairs corresponding to a title of the respective member node profile or a department of the respective member node profile, each respective member node profile and the first node profile satisfying a match policy based on the one or more field-value pairs of the first member node profile and the respective one or more field-value pairs of the respective member node profile;

identify a plurality of second performance profiles, each second performance profile of the plurality of second performance profiles based on electronic activities linked to a respective member node profile of the subset and the one or more field-value pairs of the respective member node profile;

generate a performance score of the first performance profile based on a comparison of the first performance profile to the plurality of second performance profiles; and

store, in one or more data structures, an association between the first member node profile and the performance score of the first performance profile.

14 . The system of claim 12 , wherein identifying the plurality of second member node profiles linked to at least one second group node profile comprises:

identifying, for each of the at least one second group node profile, one or more field-value pairs of the second group node profile;

determining, for each second group node profile, that the first node profile and the second node profile satisfy a similarity threshold based on comparing one or more field-value pairs of the second group node profile with corresponding field-value pairs of the first group node profile.

15 . The system of claim 12 , wherein determining the first performance profile corresponding to the first member node profile further comprises:

identifying a plurality of record objects including object field-value pairs linked to the first member node profile, the plurality of record objects maintained in a system of record of a group entity corresponding to the first group node profile;

identifying, by the one or more processors, from the plurality of record objects, a subset of record objects having a first completion status;

extracting, by the one or more processors, from each record object of the subset, one or more object field-value pairs from the record object; and

wherein the first performance profile is generated based on the one or more object field-value pairs from each record object of the subset.

The system of claim 12 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to generate, using each of the identified plurality of second performance profiles, a composite performance profile which represents a benchmark, wherein generating the performance score of the first performance profile is based on a comparison of the first performance profile to the composite performance profile.

17 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the second plurality of performance profiles each correspond to a respective member node profile of the subset, each respective member node profile of the subset linked to a respective second group node profile.

The system of claim 17 , wherein each respective second group node profile includes a node field-value pair that satisfies a matching condition with the first group node profile based on comparing the node field-value pair of the respective second group node profile with a corresponding node field-value pair of the first group node profile.

20 . A non transitory computer-readable storage medium having instructions embodied thereon, the instructions being executable by one or more processors to perform a method, the method comprising:

maintaining a plurality of member node profiles, each member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles including one or more field-value pairs, each member node profile linked to electronic activities transmitted or received via electronic accounts of the plurality of member node profiles, at least one of the electronic activities includes an email;

maintaining a plurality of group node profiles, each member node profile linked to a corresponding group node profile;

identifying for a first member node profile of the plurality of member node profiles that is linked to a first group node profile, a first plurality of electronic activities linked to the first member node profile;

determining a first performance profile corresponding to the first member node profile based on the first plurality of electronic activities linked to the first member node profile and one or more field-value pairs of the first member node profile, the one or more field-value pairs corresponding to a title of the first member node profile or a department of the first member node profile;

identifying a subset of the plurality of member node profiles, each respective member node profile of the subset corresponding to a respective group node profile different from the first group node profile and having one or more field-value pairs corresponding to a title of the respective member node profile or a department of the respective member node profile, each respective member node profile and the first node profile satisfying a match policy based on the one or more field-value pairs of the first member node profile and the respective one or more field-value pairs of the respective member node profile;

identifying a plurality of second performance profiles, each second performance profile of the plurality of second performance profiles based on electronic activities linked to a respective member node profile of the subset and the one or more field-value pairs of the respective member node profile;

generating a performance score of the first performance profile based on a comparison of the first performance profile to the plurality of second performance profiles; and

storing, in one or more data structures, an association between the first member node profile and the performance score of the first performance profile.
