Abstract

Disclosed herein are compounds that can bind to tubulin and activate GEF-H1. Methods of using these compounds for treating cancer are also disclosed.

1. A compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound is

A method of treating or inhibiting the progression of cancer selected from the group consisting of breast cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, melanoma, leukemia, ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, renal cell carcinoma, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, lymphomas and myeloma, the method comprising:

administering to a subject in need thereof the compound
