A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Doimwirored’ characterized by its upright, broadly outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely and early flowering habit; semi-double dark red-colored flowers that are undulate and twisting; and good garden performance.
