BCMA chimeric antigen receptors
The invention provides improved compositions for adoptive T cell therapies for B cell related conditions.
1. A chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% identity to SEQ ID NO: 71, wherein the CAR comprises a variable light chain comprising the CDR sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 1-3 and a variable heavy chain comprising the CDR sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 4-6, and wherein the CDR sequences bind human B cell maturation antigen (BCMA).
2. A cell comprising the CAR of claim 1 .
3. The cell of claim 2 , wherein the cell is an immune effector cell.
4. The cell of claim 3 , wherein the immune effector cell is a T lymphocyte.
5. The cell of claim 2 , wherein the cell is a human cell.
6. The cell of claim 3 , wherein the immune effector cell is a human immune effector cell.
7. The cell of claim 4 , wherein the T lymphocyte is a human T lymphocyte.
8. A composition comprising the cell of claim 5 .
9. A composition comprising the cell of claim 6 .
10. A composition comprising the cell of claim 7 .
11. The composition of claim 8 , comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
12. The composition of claim 9 , comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
13. The composition of claim 10 , comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
14. A composition comprising a population of human cells, wherein the human cells comprise the CAR of claim 1 .
15. A composition comprising a population of human immune effector cells, wherein the human immune effector cells comprise the CAR of claim 1 .
16. A composition comprising a population of human T lymphocytes, wherein the human T lymphocytes comprise the CAR of claim 1 .
17. A CAR comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 71.
18. A cell comprising the CAR of claim 17 .
19. The cell of claim 18 , wherein the cell is an immune effector cell.
20. The cell of claim 19 , wherein the immune effector cell is a T lymphocyte.
21. The cell of claim 18 , wherein the cell is a human cell.
22. The cell of claim 19 , wherein the immune effector cell is a human immune effector cell.
23. The cell of claim 20 , wherein the T lymphocyte is a human T lymphocyte.
24. A composition comprising the cell of claim 21 .
25. A composition comprising the cell of claim 22 .

30. A composition comprising a population of human cells, wherein the human cells comprise the CAR of claim 17 .
31. A composition comprising a population of human immune effector cells, wherein the human immune effector cells comprise the CAR of claim 17 .
32. A composition comprising a population of human T lymphocytes, wherein the human T lymphocytes comprise the CAR of claim 17 .
