Display device
A display device includes a plurality of subpixels each including a transmission portion and a light emitting portion on a substrate, wherein the light emitting portion includes a driving transistor and an organic light emitting diode connected to the driving transistor, and an extension line extending from a drain electrode of the driving transistor and a first electrode of the organic light emitting diode are connected to each other in the transmission portion.
1. A display device comprising:
a substrate including a light emitting portion and a transmission portion;
a thin film transistor located on the substrate;
a passivation film located on the thin film transistor;
an overcoat layer located on the passivation film, corresponding to the light emitting portion;
a first electrode located on the overcoat layer, the first electrode includes a first anode electrode and a second anode electrode;
a bank layer located on the first electrode and exposing the first electrode;
a light emitting layer located on the exposed portion of the first electrode and the bank layer;
a second electrode located on the light emitting layer;
a first repair portion disposed in a region where the first anode electrode and the second anode electrode of the first electrode are connected to each other; and
a second repair portion connected to the first anode electrode or the second anode electrode.
2. The display device of claim 1 , further comprising an extension line extending from a drain electrode of the thin film transistor, and the light emitting portion includes a first light emitting portion and a second light emitting portion, the extension line intersects a data line across a portion between the first light emitting portion and the second light emitting portion.
3. The display device of claim 2 , wherein the first anode electrode is located in the first light emitting portion, and the second anode electrode is located in the second light emitting portion.
4. The display device of claim 1 , further including a connection pattern and an anode connection pattern, wherein the passivation film is positioned on the connection pattern, and the anode connection pattern is positioned on the passivation film and overlaps the connection pattern.
5. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the second repair portion is configured such that when the passivation film between the connection pattern and the anode connection pattern is removed by irradiating a laser to the second repair portion, the connection pattern and the anode connection pattern are in contact with each other, thereby performing repairing.
