Abstract

A texture recognition device and a self-luminous display panel. The texture recognition device includes a substrate, an optical sensing layer, and a light-blocking structure. The optical sensing layer and the light-blocking structure are stacked on the substrate. The light-blocking structure includes a plurality of light transmission hole groups, at least one of which includes C 2 light transmission holes. C is a positive integer. The optical sensing layer includes multiple optical sensing groups. The multiple optical sensing groups corresponds to the multiple light transmission hole groups respectively. An orthogonal projection of one optical sensing group on the substrate completely covers an orthogonal projection of a corresponding light transmission hole group on the substrate, and an orthogonal projection of a center of the optical sensing group on the substrate coincides with an orthogonal projection of a center of the corresponding light transmission hole group on the substrate.
